This large home is big enough for 25+ people to comfortably stay & play! Six car driveway and lots of different rooms to enjoy. Big corner lot with lots of views and heated pool. Game room, living room, patio, porch, outdoor shower, firepit and more. Includes access to beach gear and outdoor toys!

Perfect Golf Trip

Perfect house for a golf trip. We had about 20 guys in our group. The communication was top notch and booking process was a breeze. Great location in the Palmetto Dunes resort community. I’d definitely book this property again

Really lovely stay

This house was a great fit for our group of 23 young adults. We loved the heated pool, the fire pit, the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, and the pool table. Our host was helpful leading up to it and accommodating for us. Would definitely return!

Great location for big family

The property was big and welcoming for our extended family to enjoy a much needed reunion. If you have a lot of children, the bedroom with the multiple bunk beds is wonderful. The pool table/ping pong table was a big hit with the teens, especially on the one rainy day we had. Having two separate living rooms with big screen TV's was also a big plus. The beach was close, and we had access to the pickleball and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. We had issues with the pool and some minor things that were quickly addressed by our host, Kristi. She definitely was a 5 star host. Overall it was a great place to say with a big family.

Fantastic

We loved staying here. Amazing house with plenty of space. It kept everybody entertained and allowed us to relax after a busy day on the golf course. Would love to come back and would recommend this place to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Hilton Head.

Post Christmas Celebration

Our family from New Mexico, Ohio , and Kentucky gathered to enjoy some post Christmas fun together. The home was perfect for our group and Kristi, the property manager, was the best I’ve ever worked with! I highly recommend this property.

Retreat

We had a group of men at this house and it worked great for our time together. Plenty of room to spread out and the heated pool was great for those who jumped in. The setting at the resort was beautiful and the area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book it again.

Palmetto Dunes feels like home. It is a gated community with abundant mature trees, miles of biking and walking paths, restaurants, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, a General Store and beautiful white sand beaches. The full-time residents, visitors and staff are pleasant, courteous and friendly. The community is impeccably maintained and most homes are within walking distance to the beach.

When you set foot in 2 High Water, you know you are at the beach. The coastal decor, the large back deck and heated pool, the casual but massive dining table with bench seating, the bunk room that sleeps twelve, all perfect to share with family and friends. The home exudes a comfortable, relaxed ambiance and is stocked full of amenities like Wifi and high-speed internet, Roku TVs in nearly every room, a pool table, ping pong table, board games, and a garage full of beach gear and bikes. The house has enough beds to sleep 27, but there are plenty of separate living spaces for your group to spread out and relax.
