Family vacation

This house was great fit for my family and I. We wish we got the pool heated but we will definitely come back and do that! The house had a lot of amenities and space for big family’s. Only thing I wish it had was a crib for a baby than that it was great. We’re making this our annual house rental!

Larger home in quiet area

Nice size and well decorated home with wonderful marsh views. Close to beach. Some of furniture showing wear but overall well maintained. Pool not the best..:inside and not heated. Overall, thumbs up.

Perfect big family beach vacation spot

For part of our week stay we had 10 adults and 5 kids. Never felt crowded. We could all gather in the main living area and at the big dining table, and we all had our own space to escape to. Kids loved the pool on the ground floor. I loved the view from top floor bedroom balcony. Easy 4-minute walk to the beach.

Hilton head biking excursion

We had a great time! The house was clean and well equipped for our great weekend in Hilton head. Tony was great in communicating with us and even called to double check we didn’t need the pool heated (cold plunging after our biking riding) we are already planning our trip for next year and hope this house will still be available when we go to book!

Amazing house and perfect location!

Wonderful Home

Rented this property for a short work retreat. The living room and dining table was perfect for 9 people to gather and discuss issues. The rooms were comfortable. All supplies were as listed. I would have liked a few more blankets/throws. The views were spectacular. Perfect walking distance to the beach.

Wedding Weekend

We were a group of 5 couples in town for a wedding weekend. The house is photographed accurately. We did, however, encounter a few issues. Upon arrival we were prepping dinner for the 10 of us and realized the stove was not working. We contacted the manager who did arrive quickly to find that the gas to the house was disconnected. They provided hot plates for use which were just okay to cook a pasta/meat sauce dinner for 10. The manager did have the gas fixed on day two. While the pool is photographed accurately as well we knew we would not be using it in March especially since the community pool was a part of the listing and in full sun. Unfortunately the community pool is a part of the neighborhood HOA and was closed. When we asked the manager we were simply told the HOA decides that so we had no sunny pool options. The house was fairly clean however lots of dead bugs everywhere. There was construction next door and many nails were on the outside steps and some found on the driveway. The fireplace in the family room was not working as well unfortunately. Possibly the pilot light out when gas was disconnected but who knows. We didn’t bother calling about that but was unfortunate as it was a rainy cool night so would’ve been nice to have the fire going. The wall mounted microwave in the kitchen doesn’t work but they must’ve known that because a LARGE microwave is on the counter. It is a short walk to the beach so that’s nice. All in all an okay house for our group in March.

Family Vacation

This home was absolutely gorgeous. Every room was spacious and cozy at the same time. My entire family was accommodated and very comfortable. If you have a family of 16 or more or just a friends trip, please rent this home because you will not be disappointed. Enjoyed my stay to the highest!

Fantastic location just steps away from the beach access. Not only is this home beautifully decorated but it is the cleanest rental home I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Highly recommend this spacious beach house with everything you will need for your holiday!

Just an all around a great stay

We happen to be there during a very hot week so the indoor pool was a super plus. The rooms were clean and well kept and everyone slept well. The kitchen was super sized and perfect for the 10 of us and could accommodate more. Literally the 3 minute walk to the beach as stated. The views for all day were perfect!

A great beach stay.

We spent a week and had a wonderful time! The house was configured as advertised, and it was comfortable. Appliances all up to date and in working order. The view of the marsh was picturesque, and we had ocean views from the upper floors. The beach was just a short walk, and the small community pool was right across the street. The house’s pool at ground level was a great option when the weather was drizzly. The house actually had more amenities in terms of bikes and beach equipment than advertised. If the listing had been a little more clear, we could have saved some $ on bike rentals.

WE HAVE RENTED FOR YEARS IN HILTON HEAD FOR OUR LARGE GROUP. THIS WAS THE FIRST YEAR WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. THE HOUSE WAS ON SUCH A NARROW LOT THAT THE POOL WAS UNDER THE HOUSE AND THERE WERE NO REAL PATIOS FOR OUR GROUP. WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this beautiful singleton beach property with our bridal party & it was PERFECT. The entire house is high Quality with beautiful finishes. The beach is only steps away and the property manager was very easy to reach. Nothing went wrong on our special weekend. When looking to book a house for a large family/group getaway, this is the perfect place. 10/10

Family Golf Trip

We had 10 guys in town for a week of golf. The house was very clean and gave 10 men plenty of space to hangout and plenty of beds for all of us. We met the property manager the day we arrived, he gave us several suggestions for our stay and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We'll be coming back in town for another golf trip, and will be looking to stay at this property again.

Great House for Big Groups

Incredible house for a big group. Enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach and large group spaces. Sometimes the beds in large group houses aren't very comfortable, but this is not the case, these beds are very comfortable! Host was very responsive and answered all our questions with no hesitations. I would absolutely stay in this house again with a big group.

Perfect home for our large family

This house was so nice! It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space and had a large gathering area for meals and family time. The beds were very comfortable, too! We loved the location near the beach so we could come and go so easily. We all (22of us) really enjoyed this property!

Looks can be deceiving!

From the pictures and reviews, we thought we were in for a great vacation, but we weren’t. First, there were no directions on how to access the community pool, other amenities, or how to get to the beach. A simple note could have helped. Next, we paid for elevator access, but the PM did not remember it, so operating instructions were not left at the house. It wasn’t until he verified payment, and repaired the elevator that we finally received operational instructions. As we prepared to settle in the house we found the house was filled with thick dust, the sofa and chairs need to be cleaned, the dining room chairs were missing screws, mildew was present in every bathroom, the floors were dirty, windows look like they have never been cleaned, light fixtures dirty and filled with bugs, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom looked like someone poured a bucket of urine on it and left it to soak in; gross. Then, we found none of the TV’s were programmed correctly, and most remotes needed batteries. My niece almost fell down the stairs due to a stair molding being loose. The refrigerator in the kitchen produced no ice, so we had to purchase our own. We immediately contacted the PM to report our issues and dissatisfaction. He corrected SOME of the issues, but was very annoyed in doing so. He actually told me “nothing was wrong with the toilet seat, but will replace it as a courtesy”. I was appalled at his response. For the kind of money spent we expected excellence. And it would have been if the PM took the time to walk through the house to ensure it was ready for guests. We have rented many homes and this is the worst experience we have encountered. I hope the owner sees this feedback, so they are made aware of how their property is being managed or lack there of.

Great Property for large Family Gathering

Perfect property for our family gathering with kids, grandkids, spouses and extended family. House has great layout with lots of bedrooms and balconies with gorgeous views of the marsh and ocean. Short walk to the beach and has it's own heated pool for days when the weather's not perfect. Hard to beat. Highly recommend.

Great Home Just Needs Third Party Professional Management

Every two years, my family all gets together and go out of the country. This year with my parents age and COVID- we decided to go to Hilton Head. We actually spent about the same money we would on a Caribbean or Mexican vacation- but our parents come first. The home was large and spacious and neighborhood very nice. However, we reached out for early check in so my parents (who are 79 and 78) would not have to wait too long. Understandably, this was denied bc they had guests staying- so we set to be there right at 4:30pm. Check in is suppose to be at 4pm. When we arrived at 4:30pm- the cleaning crew was no where near done. No communication from the home owners. Wrote the home owner bc we waited for home until right after 6pm. Explained what was happening- and asked for some kind of accommodation for the trouble. The homeowner apologized profusely and then in same paragraph- stated that they were within the contract timing of 4pm to 6pm. They stated that there was a leak in ceiling and took longer than expected. We paid extra for elevator use $200 and pool heating $200- so in our minds crediting this would be an easy fix to the inconvenience. We also stated that they did not finish until about 6:15pm- but the Owner stated he had his wife walk by bc they live in neighborhood and the cleaning crew was gone by 6pm- he was 100% sure. 100% sure- REALLY- who is going to argue with that at the start of their vacation. We just decided to enjoy our vacation and time with our family no matter the indifference of the homeowner. In hospitality an I am sorry is good- BUT when you know a guests 79 and 78 year old parents had to wait over 2 hours in the heat a small credit of extras would have gone a long way to not just give lip service but truly be sorry for a guests inconvenience. At that point we decided- not to communicate with homeowner until end of our stay and just rate our experience. The house was aesthetically pleasing and huge- but we had to get Clorox and clean up behind housekeeping bc no doubt they rushed through the cleaning. Additionally, we always grill on vacation but could not bc the grill even after having to clean it was out of gas. When we left-, we explained all to the homeowner. They conveniently ignored the it was not clean to standard part and just focused on- they had extra gas if we had just told them. Great house but they just need to have a third party property manager- and have a professional.
