The townhome's four bedrooms and bathrooms are themed to reflect some of your favorite Disney movies. Take your pick at staying in the Pirates of the Caribbean room, Mulan room, The Princess and the Frog room, or the Star Wars room. The retreat's private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access ensure your constant comfort.

Outside, the perks only continue! Spend time under the Florida sunshine enjoying swims in the pool, unwinding in the hot tub, and engaging in some playful competition on the volleyball court. An additional game room and fitness center are available inside.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee each day they are on the property at the front desk. Up to eight wristbands may be acquired to access the resort.
Reservations will require a $100 incidental hold to be placed on a credit/debit card at check-in to secure the return of wristbands and pool towel cards. Upon check-out, the hold will be returned to the card on file within three to ten business days, depending on the card type.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
