Vi erbjuder gratis wifi och mindre än 5 minuters promenad från poolen och klubbhuset. Vårt executive Florida-radhus består av 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, varav 2 är badrum. Loungen har en bäddsoffa, vilket gör huset för att sova 8/10. Den nedre våningen på svit har separata lås ut anläggningar och en separat ytterdörr, vilket möjliggör total avskildhet. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats. Huset har en rökfri policy. Huset ligger i Regal Palms Resort som är en muromgärdad och gated community ca 15 minuter från Disneys nöjesparker. Intill Regal Palms är en vacker 18 håls par 72 golfbana på Highland Reserve. Det finns massor av bekvämligheter på webbplatsen, inklusive en stor tropisk poolområde med badringar och rolig bild. Solstolar kan hittas runt poolen. Det finns en stor restaurang och bar, spelrum, gym, spa och skönhet komplexa, och utanför jacuzzi, öppet till 23:00 7 dagar i veckan. Fastigheten erbjuder gratis WiFi och kabel-TV. Det finns en stor stormarknad, affärer och restauranger i närheten. 24-timmars incheckning är tillgänglig.

Nice Place to Stay

Location was out away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close enough to drive every day. The townhome community was clean and maintained, the only complaint was from the kids who said the arcade was very disappointing. A lot of the games have been damaged and were not working.The townhome that we stayed in was very nice. It included all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay.The only complaint would be the queen bed downstairs was very loud and squeaky. It would literally wake you up all night every time you moved.The same complaint was addressed about one of the twin beds upstairs.Overall enjoyable visit.

Convenient, great amenities.

This was convenient to all area attractions. Great amenities. Nice size townhouse. We did have some trouble checking in, and the bath tubs were very slippery. But we just when out and got bath mats to help.

Besides the carpets needing a good cleaning this place was great. The rest of the house was clean. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Great location . Very comfortable house. Easy check in and out. Great amenities.

Family vacation

The first thing was the nightly fee for resort fee, it was not clear that I'd have a additional 160 to pay at check in. That was upsetting! Seeing the location I was a little relieved. The place had some dirty linens in the kids room an the tent an toys left behind were a little nasty. We saw a few bugs an some micro bugs as well as we could not get the TV's in the kids rooms to work. . Other than those issues it was a great Stay.

Needs Updated!

Few of the bedroom center lights didnt work with the light switch. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay. There was no dish soap or dishwater tabs. Pretty much you need to bring everything you need for a week stay. Pool was nice. Pictures made it look huge which it wasnt that big.

Property good. Regal Palms NOT GOOD

We checked in…took 40 mins…was given a brochure and parking passes. Told them we had a 4th car..they did not give us a red pass for overflow and the brochure does NOT say it should be. So they towed a car at 245am instead of just waiting a few hours to make sure we knew what the process was since it did NOT say so in the brochure. House was nice however and our property manager was very good

Not as clean & up to date as expected & bugs

Townhouse was not as clean as it could’ve been. Taxes of hair were in bathroom as well as small bugs. I’m assuming they were ants, there was no broom to sweep the floors, children’s decor pillows and Olaf chair as well as dining chairs were stained. There were visible stains and marks along the walls throughout the townhome, there was a opening directly above the doorknob that was big enough for the many lizards or a snake etc could fit through to enter the home also a break in hazard (you could clearly look straight through the hole once touched). Beds were hard and some were itchy (husband had whelps). It was not what I expected for such a nice development and price. I would not stay at that particular townhome again for these reasons.

Disgusting!!

This was by far the most disgusting unit I have ever rented. There was blood stains on sheets and comforters. Previous renters clothes left in several different bedrooms. All of us ended up sick and had to get medication due to mold in vents. There was food all over the floors, couch is covered in stains, dust everywhere! Window sills were caked in dirt and bugs. Tiny bugs running around all over bathroom sinks and floors. Tubs were so dirty. Most sinks and tubs didn’t drain. We went and bought new bedding, towels and washcloths just to make the stay bearable. The resort itself was very nice! Great food and drinks!

Not clean and lights don’t work

We arrived at nighttime and in the bedrooms none of the light switches worked. The lights in the one room didn’t work, there was not a switch to turn it on and off even on the fixture itself. Found that the bulb was out and had to go without a light , another light we had to unplug it each time we were done . Multiple lights in the house do not work. Dishes in cabinets have visible food stains and crumbs on them. Directions to wash towels in the washing machine but no laundry detergent, makes you wonder if the sheets and towels were properly washed. Otherwise the space is large, the beds in the adult rooms are comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner offered in unit, hand soap is offered. Large sectional couch and large tv downstairs. Some tvs in the bedrooms do not work, Checkin took 45 minutes, there was a huge line. pool and lazy river was small but a nice amenity

WORST HOUSE RENTAL EVER!!!!

First off the owner did not tell us it was $122 just to get into the gate of the community and did not include it in ANY of the Commumication or bill. We walk into the house and there are stains on the floor and the thermostat is set at 79! in Florida!! And very difficult to readjust! Everytime we thought it was adjusted it went back to 79, miserable!! The one bed looked like it had not been changed from before, sheets were awful!! Horrible rust stains in the 1 bathroom sink, hall light that flicker terribly!! Curtain rod coming out of the wall, so curtain hanging funny. No dish soap for dishwasher or sink dish washing. No spare toilet tissue. Over all the worst house I have rented when coming to Florida.

First of all you have lights that don't work in the house. Master bedroom has a lamp that flickers like a strobe light, so my husband and I spent our week in the dark, with some light that came in from the bathroom light. Filthy floors, our clean feet were blackend every day just from the floors. God only knows when they were mopped last. Tiny bugs crawling all over the counters in the upstairs bathrooms. Called the owner & resort management, no one came to fix the insect issue. TV's don't work, temperature is impossible to adjust. And you get to experience the ghetto culture while you're there. Groups of 10-15 of them running around the streets all hours of the night. Weed wafting over as you try to relax in a chair outside. You're required to strip your beds and start a load of wash when you leave, even though you're charged a cleaning fee already. Also no soap provided for laundry or dishwasher or shower. This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in Florida. You get what you pay for. I'd never stay here again nor would I suggest the resort to anyone. The staff was nice, that's the only positive.

Beautiful Upgrades

The property listed is exactly as it appears in the listing. The owner has taken feedback and has recently made upgrades to the townhouse including brand new laminate flooring throughout the entire space which was absolutely beautiful. We were in contact with the owner and property manager as we had a small issue with the washing machine but it was worked out immediately and they provided us with towels in the interim until the problem was solved. Really couldn't have asked for better hosts with excellent response time! Getting in and out of the space was simple and easy. The townhouse is located within a gated complex that has lots to offer including a restaurant, pool, arcade and front desk help with purchasing tickets. This location worked well for us as we not only were going between the parks but also went to Legoland, Tampa and NASA. If you are solely going for the parks it can be out of the way. The convenience of being able to have so much space (4 bedrooms) and be able to get groceries and at least save on making breakfast was the best for us. There is a publix within walking distance of the townhouse. We really enjoyed having our own space that was clean, bright and spacious while also enjoying the resort complex on our down days. 100% would stay in this exact spot again. Great value for the $$$. Large home for theme park vacation

The unit is as described and pictured. Upstairs has a master with king and on suite with a deep soaker tub, another full bath and two other bedrooms with two twins each. Downstairs has the living area, kitchen, washer and dryer closet and a fourth bedroom with on suite. The home is suitable and had what we needed. The king and queen beds were firm but comfortable. The twin size beds are well suited for children with very light mattresses. Some of the furnishings show wear but all worked. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a towel and dish rag. There is a broom, vacuum and the small washer and dryer that were helpful to our family. The cable and wifi worked well. There are small TVs in each room. Two small flat screens and three tube TVS that worked fine. The pool was also as pictured warm enough for January swimming. The gym is well equipped and has an attached indoor spa, steam room and sauna. It is only 15 min to Disney and we were very glad to have room for our family as well as eat in the condo for many meals. Check in went well and as promised with no surprise fees. We used the towel deposit system without issue. The management company was helpful as well. We are pleased with our visit. Thanks

The little things add up

Overall it was ok, there was only 1 key provided for 4 adults so that became SUPER inconvenient. Someone always had to be to let others in or we had to stop what we doing and make arrangements to get the key to the other people so they could get in. The floors need to be cleaned badly, there’s a whole in the downstairs bedroom door, also that closet is PACKED with baby stuff so don’t try and use it! The couch fits 3 adults before you feel too close, it’s also stained under the blankets it’s covered with. One of the kids headboard was cracked, tv remotes were held together with tape, and one tv in the kids room is dvd only, no cable which we didn’t know or we would have brought a few movies. The electric can opener has no blade, the upstairs bathroom sink is rusting through. The new kitchen appliances are nice but we’re literally left with a trial of 2 dishwasher cleaner tabs and no dish soap for when those ran out. So only being able to do dishes 2 times in 1 week for 6 people is not realistic. The whole place needs to be painted. The towels are on the small side so you may want to bring you own. Overall this place needs be cleaned much better, our daughter almost stepped on an earring in her room, another found broken crayons under her bed, there was on old Cheeto under the tv stand, it’s almost like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. This place REALLY needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. The pool was nice, but it seemed like each employee watching over the slide had different rules. I have a 5yr old who can’t fully swim by herself yet, none of them let her use her life jacket going down, I still don’t fully understand that policy, so some of them allowed me to catch her as she came off the slide, others yelled at me for “blocking the slide.” The restaurant is under remodeling right now, we were sat outside, right next to a wet saw. No one else was eating at that time so we had to ask to be moved because on the noise. It was just many little things that all added up and made me feel like it wasn’t worth the money.

We arrived to the clubhouse for an early check-in time at 1 PM that was APPROVED by the property owner and the Property manager. The guy behind the desk had no idea we were coming early. So he tried and tried to get a hold of the homeowner and about 10 mins later received the answer we were looking for. On top of all that he informed me it was going to be a $15 a night resort fee that was NOT disclosed in the original listing. When I did get the paperwork for checking in from the homeowner (after I had to e-mail to ask for it) it stated there was a $12.95 daily resort fee. I have never stayed somewhere that didn't disclose all of the fees upfront. Needless to say after we got the resort keys and checked in we were ready for a nap after our long morning of flying to get to Disney. We arrived to a DIRTY home that had not been cleaned before our stay. We called the owner right away and she said she would call the property manager. 30 mins later we STILL had not received a call back with a solution. About an hour after we arrived the cleaning lady just appeared at our door without even a call saying she was on her way or anything. She spoke NO English so we had to translate thru an app she was using. We left and returned a few hours later and the house was "clean." The carpeting upstairs in the bedrooms was horrendous. It was so dirty I couldn't walk around without socks on. The Master Bathrooms tub didn't drain so while taking a shower you accumulated all of the water from your shower. The hall bath upstairs had little ant like bugs all in the sink and they kept getting in my children's toothbrushes. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this one by far has been the WORST! We never did receive a follow up call from the homeowner to ensure everything had been taken care of and the house was clean. And after all of the hassle we went thru the Property manager proceeded to blame us for the dirty house because we checked in early. We only checked in early because it was APPROVED by them. And they had the gall to say it wasn't cleaned because the day before we arrived was Martin Luther King Day. Really??? Only government entities close down for a holiday such as that.

We live in Saint Johns, Florida. We enjoy going to Orlando and visiting the theme parks! We fell in love with Regal Palms. There is so much to do at the resort, we often spend our weekends around the pool. The kids love the lazy river and water slide.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We Purchased in Davenport after much searching as the area is close enough to the Disney parks [ approx 20 mins], and the Attractions of Orlando and Disney area but without the hustle and Bustle..
We also chose this Property as it was on a Purpose Built 5 star resort, allowing us to use all the facilities without having to go far .Also as one of the earlier Built properties we are close to the Pool and Cub house , which is very important if you have children or anyone who is not so mobile .
We also have a large supermarket and places to eat all within walking distance
we also liked the fact that we could drive to the East and West coasts of Florida with easy access to the motorways [ approx 1hr 20 to cocca beach in the East , and 1 hr 45 to clear water tampa in the West].

We Were attracted to the First class Resort due the facilities available on site and the on site sports bar and restaurant, and kiddies club,The outside jacuzzi and gym with indoor steam room , sauna and health club [ basically all you would expect in an all inclusive 5 star resort] , but with your own house to go home to .
We were also drawn to the fact that we had a large supermarket, various shops and eateries all within walking distance if required.
The resort also offers an 18 hole Golf Course over the road at Highlands Reserve.
