Lovely Stay

Home was very clean, comfortable, especially the beds, well equipped kitchen, quiet, very nice backyard, fenced, fire pit and private. Great for your 4legged one!

Nice, short stay

We enjoyed our weekend at the property and communication was excellent. Only issue is there are no window coverings anywhere but the bedroom. As long as you stay dressed- you’ll love it 😊

Family Fun

The home was beautifully updated. The location was great as it was near downtown, historic melbourne. The host allowed for early checkin. The backyard was great, with a firepit and room for the kids to play. However, the neighborhood itself is a little sketchy. Neighbors had missing windows and were unloading equipment at midnight. The biggest issue with the property was that it was not properly cleaned. There was thick dust and hair on th fans and a layer of visible dust and hair on surfaces like baseboard, window sills and night tables. There were spiders in the corner of the shower. The host did not reply to complaint about the cleanliness. There was only one shower, the other bathroom was a half bath so bathing the little ones was not ideal. The house is divided in two so you do share the backyard with other guests, which is not ideal and you can hear eachother very well because it's an old home. Overall, it was a nice place except for the dust everywhere.
