Welcome aboard your Shell Harbor Vacation! Wake up to amazing waterfront views of the Melbourne Marina and enjoy your coffee on the balcony watching the boats. Quaint downtown Melbourne with shops and restaurants are blocks away! Walk the causeway to the Atlantic Ocean, the beach is less than 2 miles away and across the street from the scenic Melbourne Harbor.

Enjoy the bright and open floor plan during your Shell Harbor Vacation! Everything you need is at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TV in the living room with HBO Max and Prime TV and cable TV in the bedroom. Queen-size pullout couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. Feel free to use the complementary beach towels for the community pool or the beach! Super fast WiFi internet! Free and ample parking on site!

Eat tasty seafood next door at the Seafood Station or enjoy a cocktail and delicious food across the street at The Mansion (Check out their rooftop!). Downtown Melbourne is a 5 minute walk away with top-rated brunch at Backwater, scenic dinner at Charthouse, or have a few beers at Hell n' Blazes. Everything you could want is a few footsteps away!

Please note that our location is next to Hwy 1 and a train track so there is traffic and train noise.

Great location and great value in downtown Melbourne

This is a great little condo. Very clean and really nice. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. This is a regular stop for us and will continue to be on our list

*The bed was uncomfortable. *Coffee creamers need to be stored in fridge as they would curdle in our coffee almost every day. *Overall it met our needs
