Nice cabin, well-maintained

Enjoyed our stay here. The photos are an accurate representation of the cabin. Short walk to the gondola to get to the village and to start skiing. We would stay again.

We had a nice stay at Jay’s condo. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well! Short walk to the bottom of the gondola.

Nice place

Everything was great except for the communication. I asked for an early check-in the day before. Was told i would get a message. Time came and went for the early check-in, crickets. Several messages sent the in the 24 hours prior to our check-in time and no response. No emails. I had to call to get the code for to the property. Also no emails for checkout info.

Great cozy condo

A great 3 day stay at Big White. The unit was clean and warm when we showed up. Garage parking was convenient. Stocked kitchen and clean linens only a 5 min walk to the gondola. Kids loved the bunk beds and the Hot tub was perfect!! Will be rebooking.

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful four days at Big White and really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing after coming off the mountain. Great pillows, sheets and nice towels which always makes a difference. We were a family of four so the only thing to note was there were only 3 chairs at the breakfast bar. Not a problem though! Not easy to ski in and out quickly for lunch out of Happy Valley, but we chose it for my non-skiing husband. Access to the village Laura's Gondola was easy. Jay couldn't have been more helpful and always responded straight away. We'd definitely stay again! Thanks Jay
