Detta är ett perfekt läge på en privat strand med panoramautsikt över Lake Tahoe, bara ett stenkast från vattnet. Den senaste totalrenovering med nya möbler och sängkläder gör detta hem en mycket bekväm, trevlig semester plats. Tre platt HDTV, gratis WiFi, och ett modernt kök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit är bara några av dess funktioner. Fastigheten har 2 tennisbanor, en sjö pool och egen brygga. Utlopps dammen för Lake Tahoe, forsränning nedför Truckee River och Commons Beach med en lekplats är alla mindre än ett kvarter bort.

Ski Resorts
Platsen är perfekt för de skidåkare som föredrar att åka skidor flera orter. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows och Homewood är alla ca 5 miles bort och det är bara 12 miles till Northstar. Denna plats blir aldrig insnöade eftersom det är 1/4 kvarter från huvudgatan och ett kvarter från Hwy 89. Vår parkering plöjs som behövs och de huvudvägar ständigt plogas, så när det snöar du inte behöver vänta på vägarna ska rensas. Den regionala busshållplatser framför kontoret och går till skidorter.

Delightful location

We enjoyed staying at the place so much that we decided to cook in nearly every night. There was everything we needed to make some great meals. Plus, the fireplace made it cozy, the scenery was unmatched anywhere. The skiing was outstanding, AND we did not see any bears - I guess that's a good thing. Thank you for hosting us. LOVED IT!The only challenge we had was communication from the property manager (Tahoe Lakeside Marina) repeatedly came with missing information. For example: "As promised here are the instructions for a smooth check in: (and then nothing there)." We got in OK, but didn't get any instructions in advance, which was a little worrisome.

Incredible view and location

Positives: the view is like none I have ever seen at Tahoe. And the location is very convenient for getting in and out to Palisades and saves you a lot of ski traffic. The house is very clean and clearly has been taken well care of. The kitchen is well stocked And the appliances and things seem to be fairly new and easy to use. Downsides: the downstairs TVs gave us a lot of trouble and we were really never able to get them to work even after having to call and have someone show up from the property management to try to get them working. The condo itself is very old, which really was only a problem when it came to the heater. They are extremely loud and it made it very difficult to sleep, especially in the master. Also the description says that the bedding is up-to-date and the couches are new. I would say the sheets and beds may be new, but the comforters and comforter cover pillows are quite aged. We did not use them. Also, the couch seems to be quite worn in at this point if it is new. Also, it was enlightening how this property has quite a problem with bears. The check-in process was not as explained to us because the office was frequently closed, but there was other solutions. It just was confusing. I think the management of this property is left solely to the on-site crew and not the people you rent from so that is hard for communication if the on-site crew is not in the office. It was especially hard for us because we were they’re over a holiday.

We had everything we needed! The beds and bedding was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The view is fantastic as well!

Perfect getaway

We were looking to explore Lake Tahoe and find new places for us to paddle board as a family. This place has all the things we were looking for. The condo is located right in front of a private beach access that is part of Common’s Beach. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. If you wanted to see other parts of Lake Tahoe, you can drive about 20 minutes south towards Meeks Bay which also is a great place to paddle board. Or you can drive about 20 minutes north towards Carnelian Bay and King’s Beach which are also great spots to paddle board. We hope to stay at this place for the winter snow season and again for the warmer months.

Tahoe vacation

Great location and beautiful views made for a perfect Tahoe experience with my family! My kids enjoyed the pool and the cute beach right out front. We enjoyed the family games provided while watching the sunset right from the living room!

Great location

We stayed here for the week of the 4th and although it was crazy busy in Tahoe City we felt like we were in an oasis because we didn’t have to drive anywhere and had a private beach. The pool was heated and everything in town was in walking distance. The kitchen was nicely appointed too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Tahoe City Condo

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Loved waking up to an unobstructed view of the lake. So stunning, peaceful, and quiet. I much prefer this side of the lake to south lake. It is a much more chill vibe but still has all the convinces -shops, etc., within walking distance. Can’t wait to return. And communication was fantastic. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean, the view is spectacular, and the layout is comfortable for a small group of adults. We arrived after the office closed and it would have been nice to have a more accurate description of where to pick up the keys, but we eventually found them. You will not receive a confirm directly from the Lodge as mentioned in the posting, so you’ll need to reach out to them directly.

Good place to stay for a few days with small family

Location of the unit is good for a small family. Especially if you want to stay at the unit for most of the time. Beach nearby, as well the pier, and nice walk along the lake. The main area of the unit is great (2nd floor) with a great view and all your kitchen, dining and living (TV) there. Good enough kitchenware and other necessary equipment (laundry, vacuum, heater, fan if you need them). All the rooms and bathroom are on the first floor (ground). Which is an issue if you have a small child. No bath on the 2nd floor. Wifi require constant reconnection, but is decent. Not a lot to do nearby. 30-45 mins drive to South Lake Tahoe, North Lake Tahoe, or some of the ski places.
