Söt Tahoe lakefront hem beläget i Brockway Vista på norra stranden av Lake Tahoe. Ägaren avslutade just en fin ombyggnad av köket med ny gasspis, bänkskivor i massiv yta och ett golv i stensten. Ny belysning och badrumsuppdatering samt uppvärmda golv i badet. Beläget nära skidåkning, vandring, stränder, restauranger, shopping och allt Tahoe har att erbjuda. Detta hem har en stenig strand och boj. En av Tahoe bästa sandstränder ligger inom gångavstånd. Gå till alla Kings Beach har att erbjuda - fantastiska restauranger och shopping. Just lagt till ett härligt täckt område på baksidan däck med en stor utomhus matplats, inbyggd gas BBQ och en eldstad för att hålla dig skämtsam när du tittar på solnedgången över Lake Tahoe. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar TV, DVD, öppen spis med vedeldad spis. Detta söta hem är 1000 kvadratmeter - perfekt för två personer.

Vi accepterar för närvarande hyror för en 5-minuters vistelse mellan 15-27 december och en 7-minuters vistelse från 27 december till 2 januari. Vi accepterar inte ankomst på juldagen.

This cabin has a wonderful location, next to the lake. The only drawback is that the inside was dusty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great property!

I enjoyed my stay at Goose House so much! It was everything and more what the website said it was! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet, cozy stay with a gorgeous view!

Our stay at Goose House was quite pleasant with easy walking access to local amenities (restaurants, grocery, shops) and proximity to Kings Beach, easy driving distance to other Lake Tahoe locations such as Sand Harbor. The house was located right on the water with a GREAT view and if you're able, stair access to the lake which we took advantage of a few times to just sit in the water (though it would be difficult to launch a kayak or other some such small personal watercraft).Everything was clean, organized, andn there were plenty of utensils and necessary small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc) and cookware in the kitchen which was important to us since we cooked our own food much of the time. Having a covered car port helped tremendously with keeping the car cool as well. The "complaints" I do have are very minor. There were quite a few odds and ends in the various drawers, cabinets and some other spaces; the washer/dryer only worked on one setting ("Casual" for the washer) and I do think a mini-split AC would help to keep the house cooler during the day. We did use the fans to help keep things cool, especially during the night.Overall, a good experience and we would rent again.

Great couples getaway on the lake!

Lovely spot right on the lake, just as promised from the pictures. Great space for a couple. Bed was comfortable. There is some extra sleeping area in a loft space, but it was pretty hot up there so I'm not sure how comfortable it would actually be to sleep up there. I wish there were few more basics in the kitchen (e.g. some simple food storage for leftovers, baking sheet, liquid measuring cups). Overall wonderful stay, and would definitely return!

Goose House - Great Location - Aging Interior

This property has beautiful lake front views, and an easy walk to Kings Beach. Location is top notch. As for the interior the carpet is old and stained, the appliances are showing their age, as in the ice maker in the fridge was on the fritz. No AC. The cabinets and appliances all need to be seriously cleaned as in grease on counters and on cabinet handles, and embedded in the Microwave. Fire extinguisher was showing empty, and smoke alarm was non-functional. Finally, the washer/dryer area has rolled up old carpets in it and a terrible odor that needs to be aired out before entering. All that said the views are to die for -- and with a little updating this place could pull in much more than it's currently renting for. Hope this was helpful -- you have a great property that could be a FANTASTIC property if you do some updating.

The cabin was the perfect size for a couple. Very clean. We were right on the water and had a gorgeous view. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Lake Tahoe location! Situated on the north side of the lake where there is a more small-town feel. Close to lots of hiking, dining, and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again when we return (hopefully for some skiing and snowboarding next time around)!!

Our stay was great. Only surprise was sprinklers coming on a little after 6 am. Really would have loved to enjoy coffee by the water. Maybe set timers to middle of the night?A few suggestions: trim plant material in front of Adirondack chairs for open view of lake. Clean windows, esp those that show view, replace all inoperable light bulbs for more light and clean cobwebs inside and out. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great little place! Perfect for a couple or small family. Great location, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed and furniture in the living room. Yes, some of the furnishings may be dated but that is also part of its quaintness and charm. This place feels like a home. Easy walk to the public beach at Kings Beach, several restaurants and shops. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness for the bathroom rugs that need replacing. All else was fine. Plenty of fans and blankets. The water is much higher than pictured. Not sure if that depends on the time of the year (early Aug). We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Sunsets are great once the sun goes behind the mountain. It can get pretty bright before then!

Engagement surprise

Absolutely loved your property. I picked it to propose to Lauren - and it was perfect. Her parents and mine watched the proposal from inside and we all celebrated together. The proposal and family was a surprise. We hope to come back many years to come. Washer didn’t work and property manager never followed up after our Sunday call. We left some blowup water tubes and goggles for others. Thank you for having such a great place for us to experience.

Cozy cabin right on the lake

Wife and I recently spent our 25th anniversary at this cabin. Quiet neighborhood with gorgeous sunset views. Cabin was clean and had some very nice upgrades (heated floors were unexpected). Bed was comfy and the bathroom appears to have a brand new jacuzzi tub. Overall was perfect for what we’re looking for and will definitely book again!

What a great property!!! The house was perfect for 2 with AMAZING views, especially sunsets! It was furnished with everything we needed. There were stairs in the yard that led directly down to the water. I definitely recommend this property.
