Söt Tahoe lakefront hem beläget i Brockway Vista på norra stranden av Lake Tahoe. Ägaren avslutade just en fin ombyggnad av köket med ny gasspis, bänkskivor i massiv yta och ett golv i stensten. Ny belysning och badrumsuppdatering samt uppvärmda golv i badet. Beläget nära skidåkning, vandring, stränder, restauranger, shopping och allt Tahoe har att erbjuda. Detta hem har en stenig strand och boj. En av Tahoe bästa sandstränder ligger inom gångavstånd. Gå till alla Kings Beach har att erbjuda - fantastiska restauranger och shopping. Just lagt till ett härligt täckt område på baksidan däck med en stor utomhus matplats, inbyggd gas BBQ och en eldstad för att hålla dig skämtsam när du tittar på solnedgången över Lake Tahoe. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar TV, DVD, öppen spis med vedeldad spis. Detta söta hem är 1000 kvadratmeter - perfekt för två personer.

Vi accepterar för närvarande hyror för en 5-minuters vistelse mellan 15-27 december och en 7-minuters vistelse från 27 december till 2 januari. Vi accepterar inte ankomst på juldagen.

The overall property was at the perfect location next to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to put the kayaks and paddle boards right into the lake from the front yard.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin right on the lake. It was walking distance from town, and we could walk in for a coffee in the morning or a nice lunch. Also, very central to other activities. The outdoor space is wonderful! It was a real treat.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and fell in love with the place. The view is breathtaking and the house is perfect for a couple. It feels like home. Close to everything you need but in a private neighborhood which is very nice. Don’t be afraid of the no AC, we came in the middle of July and the house stayed around 70 the whole time. The house is in the shade so we kept the windows open the whole time, which was very nice as well to have the fresh air. We will be back!

This was our first time renting a property by ourselves. I kept checking for emails from the rental company on what to expect. It was not clear who would be contacting me. We waited till 3:00 on October 4 for instructions on entering the home. After several phone calls I was reminded that the emails may be in spam, which is where I found the email with info on entering the house.We found the carport very messy with pine needles and leaves. Same on the back deck..our initial thought was "It would have been nice if they had swept for us." No broom in the place or I would have taken care of the mess.The first night we found a used tissue with yellow stains between the bottom and top sheet,I have a picture. Also the sheets did not look fresh. I washed them and reapplied to the bed. In the living room area a large table needed dusted and many other items were also in need of dusting. I feel for what we paid for a night the place should have been MUCH cleaner. If I were the owner I would find a new cleaning service!!!!!!We did enjoy the view of the lake from the kitchen and living room. The view of the lake turned out to be the most enjoyable part of being in the house.

As for the driveway, we blew off all the pine needles and leaves the day before your arrival - but the mountain winds were blowing hard that week! And we did send a professional cleaner to the home before your arrival. Next time please reach out to us so that we can help you enjoy your stay. We stayed at this charming cottage for a week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it. The kitchen, bed and bathroom were.all just right, and the view is spectacular and ever changing with the wind and weather..This place is on a quiet side street but within walking distance of shopping and several good restaurants.Book it, you'll love it!

The views of the lake are amazing with the property right on the edge of the water. The cabin is very cozy with all the amenities you might need during the stay. The heated floors are great for the cold mornings. Everything was very clean when we arrived.

The location of this cabin is absolutely terrific! Beautiful setting & views, right on the lake with access to the lake, peaceful backyard and quiet street. Cabin is cute and cozy. Views from the living room are wonderful! Many things to like about this cabin. Cabin does need a deep cleaning. Many cobwebs throughout the inside as well as dirty heating vents. Sliding door was difficult to open and shut, dog poop was in the backyard even though it's a no pet cabin, broom was broken and empty soap dispenser in bathroom upon arrival. The water was shut off all day (9-5:30 pm) due to city work with no notice to us. We were credited some money back, but it was a huge inconvenience. Overall, the cabin is very sweet, and the location can't be beat, but for the price, we were expecting a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Fantastic Lake Tahoe location! Situated on the north side of the lake where there is a more small-town feel. Close to lots of hiking, dining, and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again when we return (hopefully for some skiing and snowboarding next time around)!!

The cabin was the perfect size for a couple. Very clean. We were right on the water and had a gorgeous view. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.
