Garage access for 1-2 cars and the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, guest is responsible for replacement costs. Please no hair dyeing, or use of any kind of permanent chemicals. We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. Service dog fraud is a crime. HOUSE RULES -Have a fantastic stay! -Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 9 pm to 9 am -Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 9 am -This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
