Ok but not great

Ok place to stay. Not super clean home. Ran out of clean towels for multiple days stay. Beds were ok. Location very busy street. Lots of Loud vehicles and sirens at night. Multiple air fresheners through the house made it way to overpowering. Locks on the door were not super secure. Was able to communicate with owner.

Good stay in convenient location!

We stayed to visit family nearby for Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive even on Thanksgiving when the main room TV would not work. Property could have used a few more cooking utensils and necessities(tinfoil, etc.) for preparing food. Front door screen needs attention as it kept getting stuck. Great location hosted by great people!

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the place, and its ideal location near excellent dining options and various outlets. The proximity to the highway made for convenient and fast travel without navigating through dense city traffic. Our host's prompt and effective communication added to the overall positive experience. A fantastic stay at a reasonable price – highly recommended!

Spacious rental (you'll be surprised how much room there is)

I want to make sure I give an accurate evaluation of the listing to help future guests with deciding if this property is right for you. It's an old house that the owners have tried really hard to spruce up. The furnishings are all very nice. Comfortable beds. The shower is AMAZING. However, be prepared for the following. The house is super close to a really busy road. Like 2-3 car lengths close. We heard car traffic up until midnight some nights. The first night I ran a bath for my youngest and there was black stuff floating in the water. We didn't take any more baths after that. Again, the shower is amazing. Also, the laundry room is in a separate room outside the house on the carport. We elected not to use the 3rd bedroom bec. the blind that was in there allowed you to see in the bedroom from outside the house. There was no way to avoid it. So, my one daughter ended up sleeping with me the entire time and we just kept that bedroom door shut as it's directly across from the bathroom. Also, the lock on the front door is not the best. Put it this way. My brother is a cop and he came over and he was not very thrilled with us staying in that house with the lock that was on the front door. The owner responded to messages quickly when I had them and was willing to help us out where he could. Also, something that occurred to me less than 24 hours prior to check-in was I hadn't received my check-in instructions,so I actually had to text the owner to receive them.
