1. Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, private bathroom, desk, chair, with a lovely mountain view.
2. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, desk, chair, closet, boasting an amazing city view.
3. Bedroom 3 Den: Single-sized bed perfect for extra guests.

Extra Sleeping Spot:
- Comfy sofa in the living room, convertible into a bed.

Kitchen & Dining Magic:
- Fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules.
- Dishwasher, microwave, full-size stove, oven

Chill in the Living Room & Balcony:

Bathroom Bliss:
- Essentials on the house: towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and cotton swabs.

House Rules:

We're thrilled to have you stay with us, and to ensure a fantastic experience for all guests, here are some friendly house rules:

ID Requirement: Please share your ID upon booking.

Parking Protocol:
- Aim to arrive 30 mins to 1 hour early for seamless parking.
- Kindly wait for the gates to close to avoid any penalties.

Extra guests:
- Planning for a 6th guest? We have sheets ready on the sofa bed.
- While we may consider a 7th guest, please note that it might be a bit cozy.
- Ensure you book the exact guest count for necessary permits.
- Unauthorized guests may result in a $50 per head per night fee.

Bathroom Guidelines:
- Unfortunately, we don't provide bathtub plugs.
- Towel Policy: We provide a thoughtful 1:1 ratio per booked guest.
- Please only flush toilet paper and human waste. Bins are conveniently placed for other items.

No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside including balcony.
- We have a designated smoking area outside.
- Any violation incurs a C$1,000 fine plus cleaning costs and penalties from building management.

Need a Pack & Play? Feel free to let us know in advance.
Footwear: For a comfortable and clean space, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes inside.
Quiet Hours: Let's all enjoy peaceful nights from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Check-in/out:
Self check-in: The building code and front door code are provided on te day of your check-in.
Timely Check-in/out: A fee of $90 per hour applies after the authorized check-in/out time.
