Great Condo in a Wonderful Location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! Having the pool and hot tub in the building was really nice. This condo is located close to everything and is right near a train stop. We had a great time!

Good trip to Vancouver

Nice stay in Vancouver. Condo was centrally located for easy access to many attractions/restaurants, etc. Unit was very secure and delivered main amenities that were advertised. Host was very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Was a little surprised, disappointed to find previous guest groceries in refrigerator and used toothbrush in bathroom, but overall found the unit to be clean and well kept. Surrounding neighborhood was a bit dirty and suspect at night, but we were very aware and did not have any negative encounters.

excellent amenities

this is a phenomenal property with an extensive list of add ons that made life with a family and an infant a joy. Laundry in unit, lots of space, all the kitchen needs we could imagine. it was really a great experience!

Location, Location, Location

Secure and excellent Location the apartment is very well equipped , walking distances to drugstore, supermarket etc, communication with the property manager is through email which is an inconvenience but not impossible but I'd mentioned to her and she is going to look into it since if you need to wait for her to check her email and you are in a situation that need access to her immediately it will be a great inconvenience, but I'd always was able to get in touch with her

Vancouver crosstown condo

Overall this was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has some unfortunate individuals around on the streets, but we never felt unsafe. Great grocery right out the front door and, if needed, a COSTCO right nearby as well. Also right by the metro station.

Great location

Clean and well appointed apartment. Location good for walking to most of what Vancouver has to offer and the included parking was very convenient. Excellent communication with host and no issues with the stay.

Fun getaway weekend

The property is well located and convenient to the city of Vancouver. City lights, noises and vistas await as you feel like you are in the middle of the bustling city without all the hassles of busy city life. Super convenient to restaurants, the Skytrain and Rogers Arena. Super friendly and diverse neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Nice condo but with neighborhood caution was advised

The condo was nice and has a fantastic view. Some things didn’t work well like the coffee maker but wouldn’t be a deal breaker. My biggest concern was there was no communication and advising about nearby neighborhood. Being new to area, we walked the streets during day and found it easy check out nearby Gastown which felt safe. Once dark, we decided to walk back (only 6 blocks to the condo) and stay on busy streets. We ended up walking right into the middle of Vancouver’s Skid Row or DTES neighborhood and it was very scary. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t recommend this place. I just wish there was more transparency to how close this is to a bad part of town. Definitely Don’t walk home from Gastown!!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Divya's property immensely. The location was great as we were able to walk to the majority of the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit in Vancouver. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the view from the deck area was really nice!

Crosstown Thanksgiving

Condo was in a good spot in Coal Harbour, close to all the things we came to see. Divya, our hostess, was very responsive to a couple of small issues that cropped up relating to the wifi and some electrical. Two small issues to note. The portable air conditioner unit had some difficulty keeping up with the temperatures brought on by the south facing windows. Night time temps in the unit were consistently around 27 degrees and would have been unbeatable if not for the fans provided. Also many of the pillows provided are nearing the end of their service life. All in all, a great weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Divya again.

Vancouver Girls Weekend

We loved the condo in downtown Vancouver. Host was very helpful when our plans changed and we came in earlier on Friday and needed a place to keep our luggage until check in and she responded immediately. We walked to Stanley Park after lunch but used the public rental bikes to explore the park and road them back after dark since there is a return bike stand right outside the condo, it worked out perfect. Highly recommend Purebread Bakery a few blocks away for breakfast, absolute perfection!
