Rare Condo Townhouse, 3 BR 2.5 Bath

Welcome to Toronto! Our two storey townhouse condo in the heart of the Entertainment District has all of the benefits of a townhouse (private entrance, privacy). We are so lucky to be surrounded by the city's best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Our place is one of the few townhouse condos built in the entire city, with none being closer to the CN Tower.

Cozy, spacious and inviting – my wife and I have done our best to make our condo townhome as pleasant of a place to stay during your time in Toronto.

The living room includes a modern sofa (converts into a double bed) and a panoramic view of the city including the CN Tower. Sit down and enjoy the comfortable seating, WiFi and Cable TV. In addition to the double sofa bed, the other sofa also turns into a single bed.

If you decide you need a break from our city's fine selection of restaurants, you are welcome to cook a nice home meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Sobey’s – which is one of Canada’s best grocery chains – has their flagship store a two minute walk from the entrance to our townhouse (open until midnight every night).

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, window view of the city and an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and the same view of the city. In the den, there is a pull out Sofa Bed and an ensuite bathroom!

Sheets and towels are of course provided with plenty of backups. Washer and dryer are ensuite for guests to use.

In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is one other bathroom with a full shower and one half bathroom (no shower).

*For parking, there's a lot of several paid parking option nearby. The closest is the paid parking lot in the 22 Ft York Blvd that within 6 minutes walk away from the house for a cost of 20 CAD a day.
