Not a great experience

The unit was good but the management was not that good. After booking, paying for the room and giving my deposit, the day of the booking the management team texted me saying the deposit went from increased which was not in the agreement. They ended up comprising to a lower cost, but to bring that up last min was not professional. Then the door code they gave me didn't work and the parking spot they gave me was not right as I had a not on my car saying I parked in someones spot and I should leave cash for them as they could have had my car towed. The communication was horrible. Didn't have a good experience

Terrible experience. close to being crooks. Although the price is atractive and location is ideal, don't be fooled. After you book whit hotels.com there is an other long and sketchy process with the appartment managers. You have to enter personal info, picture of ID, credit card info.. But after that, they will tell you that the system has a problem and that you have to leave the 500$ deposit by e-transfer. If you do, you are doomed. tons of back and forth by phone, email, text messages. completely disorganised. But when you get there.. oh... appartments are not cleaned. hair all over the bathroom ( and not long hair you know... ) pictures do not represent at all the reality. they will show you pictures of a nice bed, but you only see half of it. When you get there you realise that the bed is in the living room. Dividers made out of studs and wood. They agreed to move us to another appartment. not much better. had to ask the lady to do some basic cleaning, etc.. no toaster, etc.. But you know, what ? you are doomed, because they have your cash deposit from the e-transfer. try to argue after that... Lucky for us, our bank had blocked the transfer because the management try to deposit in a different account than the info supplied originally. If you value peace of mind, pay a bit more and find something else. PS: I will spare you the pictures taken in case you are having dinner..

Pictures on site nowhere close to actual apartment. Similar is one thing , completely different is not fair. Tried to get management to switch to something closer to the posted pictures but although willing, the replacement unit was similar to the first with someone's personal items and clothing still in it. Management should use actual pictures or comparable ones and not mislead customers.

Really stressful experience

This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. The biggest issue was being told by the manager that we had to pay for parking even though the listing clearly states it's free parking on site. They argued with me; I had to pay for it since we didn't have an alternative once we arrived. (I ultimately got reimbursed with the help of Hotels.com - but shouldn't have to have spent any time on that.) There are no actual "bedrooms." One had a glass wall, and the other had no wall, just out in the open, so no privacy. No curtains or shades on the windows facing outside. No cookware for the oven at all - there was no sheet pan to heat anything up or cook anything. The stove cooktop did not work. There was only one pot and pan, which we couldn't use because the stovetop didn't work. There were no instructions at the apartment for anything. When I asked how to buzz Doordash up (we were on the 28th floor), I was told, "Food deliveries are not encouraged," - so for any food deliveries, you have to meet them in the lobby. Getting into the building and parking is not clear or easy. Very loud noise from the hallway and above us. Not enough sheets and towels. No washcloths or hand towels. No hand or bar soap in kitchen. No bar soap in the bathroom or shower. The toilet flush is weak and runs out of water immediately. The balcony is disgustingly dirty. The location is great. Outside of that, I would never stay here again.

I am horrified by my experience at this property. Upon arrival, the bed collapsed when I sat down on it. This major issue was not the only disturbing thing; The smell was so bad when I stepped foot in the place. There was holes in the walls and a TV standing on a stool in the room. There was food in the sink. I tried to call the property contact several times and they would tell me that they would call me back but they made no efforts in resolving any issues or reassuring me about the way the property was rented to me. I ended up missing business meetings and being so stressed out. I had to rent another place and I asked if I could check out early. The property representative ignored my calls and messages several times leaving me in complete distress. I still am in shock that they would rent a place in such a condition. The place was filthy

Loved my quick stay. Loved the view from the big windows, super close to everything downtown especially for hockey game and really close to the airport. Tonnes of room and everything you need for your stay. Why book a hotel when you can get this suite!

Property didn’t live up to the images advertised, it was lacking basic amenities such as tea towels and scissors. We were on the 2nd floor so were unable to see the waterfront which was disappointing. It was cluttered with unnecessary furniture and cushions, bedding was mismatched which made it look untidy and finally the bathroom was dusty, we found 2 fake nails in the shower. It was okay as a place to sleep but wont be staying there again.

This property was not prepared for rental. Our confirmation indicated a different address with a different bed configuration. The check-in process was terrible, we had to pay additional security deposit and for parking which was supposed to be included with the stay. We had to wait 20 minutes in the cold to get the right entry code. There were personal items out all over the condo, including prescription medication (very unsafe). No instructions for anything and NO response from anyone regarding our issues or to confirm our check-out. Worst rental experience I have had.

We paid for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property and they hace us a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. They also only gave us check in information 1 hour prior, instead of 24 hours. We purchased a property that said parking included and there was no parking.

The worst,

The WORST EXPERIENCE. They held our deposit for two weeks and we had to fight to get it back. They are scammers. We cancelled our hotel by mistake and called them immediately they said if we rebook they would refund us and now they won’t honour that and have said they would call us back multiple times never calling back. There are multiple reviews saying the same experience. DON’T BOOK HERE. There was also a child’s toothbrush left in the bathroom and toys so who knows if they even cleaned the room.

CAUTION These people make you send payments off-site, they lie to you, don't refund deposits, avoid answering phone calls and try to kick the can down the road long enough hoping that you'll give up and not try to get your money back. Avoid at all costs. Besides stealing my money, they made me sit outside the hotel for half of an hour because they gave me a buzzer code that didn't work. They then changed my room last minute - a room that was locked and unable to be opened. I sat on the hallway floor for another 30 minutes waiting for some response. They eventually moved me to a room on another floor. They showed no remorse or sympathy, in-fact they some how were looking for me to show appreciation for an extra bed that I never asked for and didn't need. Just a wholly awful experience and beyond unethical and criminal operation. Avoid at all costs - the $50 savings on the property isn't worth the time waste to try and get your money back -- not sure if I ever will.
