The friendly neighbors and great community provides a sense of belonging and security--the community does well to look out for each other. The home is kept in tip-top shape and feels clean and elegant. The valley oak flooring, and high-end carpet along with the shades and decor allow for a Southern California refreshing feel of the beaches. The location is amazing for its proximity to multiple freeways and shops/grocery stores. There are also great restaurants with a variety of cuisines including some of the best Asian food such as Japanese, Korean and Thai.
