*The three bedrooms are designed to provide a peaceful night's sleep, with comfortable mattresses and soft linens. Each bedroom has its own balcony and wonderful city views:
-BR1: Master bedroom suite with a comfortable king mattress located on the upper level with its own private balcony, desk, smart TV with en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass shower, and closet space.
-BR2: Located on the upper level, this queen suite features an en-suite bathroom with tub & shower combination, smart TV, balcony and staircase to rooftop patio.
-BR3: Located on the main level as the kitchen and living space. This queen bedroom is bright & airy with smart TV, closet and access to balcony and back door leading to the parking.
-We have 2 additional twin foldable 6" foam floor mattress. Please bring your own linens and blankets.

Parking:
*One private, narrow space on driveway in back of the home. There are free street parking overnight and on weekends and holidays. We recommend Spothero for additional paid parking spaces in the city.

Packages & online services:
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Ship at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages or items.
• Please be aware this is a full time Airbnb and not a residence.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit.
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in the city.
*One set of towels per paid guest. Set: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 facecloth.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every bathroom has starter size shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per District of Columbia law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place bagged trash only in bins out back. No loose garbage. Receptacles to be taken to back alley for garbage days on Tuesdays & Fridays pick up. Recyclables on Monday pick up. Please put back empty after garbage pick up.

**CLEANING STANDARDS:
During these trying times, our guests' safety and well-being are our number one priority. We employ a professional cleaning company with trained employees who practice enhanced cleaning protocols and use cleaning products according to CDC guidelines designed to sanitize and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.**

*Entire condo including balconies and rooftop (up to 11pm)
*One free parking space.

Other Things to Note:
*Cameras located outside of home including balconies and rooftop. No cameras inside the home.
*Rooftop access limited to 11pm at night. No exceptions. 24-hour video monitoring.
