Ren's Eclectic Basement Apartment, between the colleges, minutes to hospitals!

This is a super cute and clean basement apartment. You’ll have your own private entrance with coded entry. Inside you’ll find two soothing bedrooms each with a brand new queen bed and a charging dock for your phone, iwatch and AirPods. One of the bedrooms offers a work station nook and a baby cot that can be found in the closet.

The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. It is clean, tidy and is equipped with essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cotton rounds, q-tips, flossers, hair dryer and the fluffiest towels in all the land.

The kitchen/dining area is simple and sweet. There you’ll find all you need to dine in as well as a Nespresso machine for making the perfect morning cup. If Billings doesn’t keep you busy enough, there is a TV with all the apps, playing cards, board games, and adult coloring books to fill your spare time!

While you are at the apartment quests can utilize the "reserved" street parking directly in front of driveway - blocking it. This ensures your parking space will always be available, it also allows the driveway to act as a large, unobstructed walkway to the home, which is good especially during winter months.
