Other things to note
1. There is no exhaust fan over the stove, but there is a window to crack if needed
2. The backyard is the last phase of renovation under construction. While we have yet to install sprinklers and sod, we just poured a large cement slab and built a gazebo for outdoor use and BBQ'ing. While the backyard is the only shared space with the upstairs tenant, they typically use their patio on the front yard. Note - Propane for outdoor BBQ is responsibility of guest. If out, this means a run to Home Depot for a replacement
