Great Stay!

The host was so prompt to respond and clear with the check-in and check-out procedures. The home was furnished very nicely and everything was new and updated. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

if you’re looking for a clean and well maintained house for your Disney/Orlando vacation, look no further. This house is conveniently located to all the parks and is located in a tropical oasis, which allows you to get away from the rush of Disney. David is a great host and provides you with all of the essentials, you need to have a great stay.

Disney weekend

We stayed at this property for our Disney weekend, and it was super close to the parks. The home was clean and well maintained and just like the photos indicate. We had our little dog with us and it worked well for him with great places to walk. I would absolutely stay here again. David was super responsive and a great host.

Family of 4 in town to visit universal studios . Traveled with 2 dogs and 2 older children (18 & 21)

Very clean beach vibe property. We love the Margaritaville brand and have stayed at several other properties. The brand never disappoints. Host was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean. It had all the utensils and appliances we needed, plus more! The location was perfect as we could see the pool from the back door. We were greeted upon arrival, given keys to pool and gym, and informed of how to navigate the house and property. Many of our neighbors had no clue how to access the pool. David was a wonderful host and quick to reply to any and all questions. Short drive to Disney and close to restaurants and Target! Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic Location

Unbelievable communication from the host, including a video walk-through of the property! Beautiful neighborhood, clean unit, comfy beds, pool right outside back door, comfortable/clean furniture and just minutes from most Disney attractions. This host 'gets it!' Photos are an accurate representation of the unit/property. Check in/out is easy peasy. Great restaurants, shopping, grocery right at the property. Unbelievably quiet neighborhood, security patrols, trash pickup, plenty of parking! I am super picky and I cannot come up with one complaint! Great host-great property.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Our family spent a week at David’s lovely townhome. It was well-stocked (loved the kcup), had great water pressure, and plenty of space for everyone. We even brought our furry family members with us and explored the many walking paths and pet park. The townhome was located within 1-2 miles of numerous restaurants (KPot & Bahama Bucks are a must) & shopping (love the proximity to Super Target). Although we didn’t use the pool, there was one available just out the back door. With a SunPass, driving to/from Disney or Universal on toll road 429 was a breeze and avoided all the traffic on Bronson Hwy & I4. Check In/Out were easy and convenient. David answered all our questions ahead of our trip and he met us at check-in to answer any questions we might have about the townhouse or the area. David was friendly and responsive. Thank you for sharing your townhome with us!
