Walk into this stunning home using a keyless entry system and be blown away by the open floor plan. Beautiful wood plank tiles are found through out the home, making for a stunning cohesive look. In the living room guests will find plenty of space to relax and enjoy watching their favorite movie or TV show off the Smart TV. Guests will also enjoy the beautiful custom-built fireplace, that truly ties the space together. The couch also serves as a pull-out bed. Throughout the home guests can enjoy a Bluetooth sound system as well. In the kitchen, guests will love cooking their favorite meals using the high-end stainless-steel appliances and marble countertops. This home features two Master suites and a large guest bedroom with plenty of storage space. In the first master, guests will find a spacious King size bed while the second master features a comfortable queen size bed. In the third room, guests will find two single beds. Each room comes with its own flatscreen TV so guests can choose to watch their favorite movie on their own. In the shared bathrooms, guests will find the marble that is featured in the kitchen. These bathrooms are stunning and feature a large walk-in shower and double sinks. Outside guests will fall in love with the large, shaded backyard. Garage. The garage is not available for guest use. Please park in the driveway.

SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited on The Property, including under covered outdoor areas. If smoking is discovered on the premises, there will be a $500 penalty.

PETS. Pets are prohibited on the property unless authorized by the Property Manager.

GARBAGE. The Guest shall place all garbage into the trash bins/cans/containers throughout the Rental Period and take the same to the curb or bin the night prior to the designated pickup day specified in the Guest Book.

AIR CONDITIONING. Under no circumstances shall the Air Conditioning be set below 74°, Heat above 78°, the fan setting changed from Auto, or doors, windows, or blinds left open while operating AC or heat or after departure. If the guest chooses to lower the home temperature resulting in the unit to freeze up, they will be charged for the service call.
