We have a BBQ Grill with no extra cost located in the pool area, two parking spaces are available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi for your convenience .

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.

We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
