The open concept living area features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the screened-in porch. The dining table seat 6 comfortably, and the kitchen is well-equipped with full size appliances and all you'll need to cook a meal for your family.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, dedicated work space and access to a private bathroom with double sinks and a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a hall bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 4 adults total.

Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) well-behaved dog, with a max weight of 75 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Treetops, Hilton Head is in close proximity to Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
