Perfect and Spacious, Close to everything but quiet!

We loved the layout, beautiful appointments of the living areas, the screened porch with a lagoon view, and the close proximity to our favorite local haunts. Our family has been vacationing on HHI for 20 years and this was definitely one of our favorite lodgings. Property was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the extra seating around the living room and the stools at the kitchen island. Great for families.

Perfect location and stay

The house was very spacious and well equipped. It is situated in a complex full of lovely winding bike paths with ample amount of shade from large oak trees dripping with spanish moss. The pool is just a minute walk from your condo, and probably our favorite part of our stay. It is situated overlooking a pond, has ample shade from the trees above, and the water was a sublime temperature. We saw an alligator, cranes, lizards, and frogs. We hope to return!

Great spot near the beach

For a month rental, there was so much available in this townhouse! Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, great adjustable height desk for working. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc while also feeling tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Nice screened patio for watching the alligators in the pond, along with turtles and birds. There’s a tennis court and pickle ball court right outside the front door. The heated pool was also a great positive! The only thing that could use some help was the cleanliness upon arrival—lots of leaves in the upstairs bedrooms (presumably from the deck areas) and dusty everywhere. It was also unusual to have no hand soap—definitely something that should be available even for month long stays. Also, the outside areas are in need of a freshen-up. The decks could use a fresh coat of paint and some regular sweeping, the grill area just needs a good deep clean and some maintenance, and the screened in patio would benefit from some new flooring and better furniture. And if things aren’t going to be very clean, some cleaning products on hand would be super helpful! Overall awesome stay, just needs some tlc for the outdoor spaces.

Comfort, location and great service

Came to HHI for 3 weeks to work remotely, help out family, and visit with friends who flew down for some fun. The pet-friendly interior has been remodeled with great upgrades. Three comfortable en-suite bedrooms (including beautiful master bathroom) and a large, well-stocked kitchen with new appliances made it feel like home. The desk off the kitchen made it easy to set up an office. The view of the pond with herons, egrets, anhingas and alligators was a plus. The walking paths were great for the dog. And it's a short drive to Coligny Beach, grocery stores and great restaurants. All the TVs all had Roku systems that were great for logging into our streaming services (and automatically logging out upon departure).

Very relaxing stay on Hilton Head Island

We loved this condo on Hilton Head Island. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, and convenient to all of Hilton heads amenities. We loved the tree, covered bike trails, swimming pools, and the beach access. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to anyone else.

Beautiful and spacious

Everything you need in a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Close to the pool. We had fun playing Uno and Scrabble at the round table.

Beautiful and comfortable

The decor was beautiful and comfortable throughout. The appliances were new, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was convenient to where we liked to go and was great for walking in the mornings. We enjoyed watching the variety of wildlife and nature from the screened in porch. The villa is in a quiet location.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family. The condo was comfortable, and very clean. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with all the cookware, dishes and utensils. The location was awesome so close to Coligny Beach and only 10 minutes from Folly Beach. We are already planning our next vacation to HHI, and hope to book with this condo again.

We loved that we were able to bring our 2 dogs. The condo was very clean and we liked the proximity to the pool. The beach access was easy to get to and we liked being able to watch the wildlife in the pond behind the condo. There are a few repairs needed and the furniture on the deck was not terrific, but overall we had a great first time experience going to Hilton Head and would definitely rent this condo again.

Quiet shaded property

Comfortable 3 bedroom home with view of lagoon and fountain Ample parking right at front door. However, If you love the sun you must get in car and go to neighborhood beach close by

Great Hilton Head Location

Property was accurately described in the listing and had all the amenities we were looking for. Check in was super easy and straight forward. We had a family of 4 adults and found there was plenty of room in which everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We loved the location within Golfmaster and the fact the townhouse was a corner unit. Really enjoyed the walking and biking trails and the super close proximity to the beach and downtown. We also utilized the pool on a few days to mix things up and found the pool to always be clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent condo!

Excellent condo had absolutely everything needed! We also loved the space as well as all the extras for the pool and beach, chairs, boogie board, floats etc. Clean! Easy access to the beach, easy check in / out. Quiet, safe, gated community. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo with a lagoon view- dog friendly!

The condo was very spacious eith plenty of room for this familybof four and we really enjoyed the location. Close to many things but in a quiet area of the resort. We could see the pool and the tennis and pickleball courts were directly across from us, which we loved. The pond in the back offered a ton of wildlife viewing; alligators, water fowl, frogs, owls, Bats and deer. There's a beautiful screened in porch to have a quiet moment. There is a designated beach area for Shipyard guests approximately 2 miles away. Howerever, there's not a ton of parking. It made for a nice bike ride every day. The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the ac worked really well. There are a few small cosmetic touch ups that could be performed. Doors needing painted etc but overall it's a very nice place and we had a great vacation!

Perfect vacation stay

This home had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. It was also just a quick bike ride to many tasty locations like Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie and ice cream. Very well maintained and decorated you will feel so at home on your trip. We will definitely book this home again.

Great home. Vacasa was very cold.

After describing a family emergency and asking to move the dates one day, which I was told was open, they could have cared less about our troubles. I completely understand not changing the dates — I know the rules, and was ok with their abiding by the rules. But to receive careless, cold and calculated responses during the communication with no actual human compassion totally turned me off regarding Vacasa. The property itself was perfect and as described. We loved everything about it. We plan to come back to HHI, but we’ll find another property manager.

Great and comfortable stay!

We were fortunate to stay at 501 Golfmaster for multiple weeks and loved it. This home is so comfortable, spacious and well appointed. And the screened porch looking out over the lagoon is wonderful. On a practical note: the mattresses are comfortable, each bedroom having it’s own bathroom is great, the TVs are huge, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is really convenient. Loved everything about this home!

Just what we were looking for

Great rental for 6 adults + 1 dog. Felt spacious and loved that it was an end unit that backed up to a pond with a fountain. Each room had a balcony and the sunroom was also awesome! This was exactly what we were looking for for our family and would definitely stay here again.

You and Your Furbabies

This property was perfect for a family that has older children as well as four legged members. Each bedroom has its own bathroom giving an extra level of privacy.
