3BR 3BA - Unobstructed ocean views! Beautiful ocean views can be seen from inside and out at Fish and Petal cottage in North Topsail Beach. Enjoy cooking in a cook's kitchen with proper pots, pans and knives, and sleep comfortably on the latex/natural mattresses. Home is perfect for blended families or friends traveling together with two bedrooms (both queen size beds) and two baths on the main level, and a master suite (king size bed) and private bath on the lower level.
The space
Fish and Petal cottage offers a comfortable space and unique layout configuration, offering spacious communal spaces and private sleeping areas. The wide front deck with high deck chairs and side tables offers the perfect spot for relaxing to the sights and sounds of the ocean. The main (upper) level is 1,000 sq ft and has a spacious kitchen, dining, and living room, two bedrooms each with queen beds and two bathrooms.

The kitchen has a stainless steel French Door refrigerator, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. The large bar is perfect for food prep. Fish and Petal is a cook's kitchen! Unlike many other beach rentals, Fish and Petal stocks high quality stainless steel pots and pans, as well as some better nonstick pans, knives, and many accessories so you can cook with ease and delight. The long dining table provides plenty of room for everyone to eat while enjoying ocean views.

The living room offers a comfy couch and chairs and a 47" Smart TV to stream your subscriptions, as well as a DVD and some movies for old fashioned movie watching.

A small hallway to the left of the living room opens to the main bathroom with a shower / tub combination and to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an organic cotton / latex mattress and cotton sheets.

The second bedroom also contains a queen organic cotton / latex mattress and cotton sheets. The second bathroom with a shower and glass shower door and second bedroom is in the back of the main level. A wall mounted TV is in the second bedroom.

A stackable washer and dryer and back door to a fenced in back yard is accessed from the second bedroom. A retractable clothesline is in the back yard and a folding drying rack in the closet for eco friendly drying options.

The ground level contains a separate suite with a king size bed and bathroom, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and cups, and a wall mounted TV. The king size bed is a luxury VI Spring mattress, handcrafted with organic / natural materials in England and has cotton sheets. It is like sleeping on a cloud!

On the ground level is a charcoal grill and beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, and childrens' toys for enjoying the beach.

All linens, bath towels and 1 beach towel pp are provided.

Please be mindful to try to minimize interior sand by rinsing feet with hose at lower level and/or wiping feet on front door mat.
