Plus, take advantage of the bonus dock entrance capable of accommodating a 30 ft boat

Upon arrival at your rental property, you'll immediately notice the spacious and private parking area out front. Inside the main home, you'll find an indoor laundry area for added convenience. Step into the backyard where you'll discover inviting lounging and seating areas, along with a grill for outdoor cooking.

For those with boats, enjoy access to the boat dock, with the best launch option located on SR4 on the north side of US1 around mm28.5. We recommend locating the coordinates on the check-in sheet to ensure guests locate the correct canal upon return. Boat owners are responsible for providing their own bumpers and ropes, and I suggest using boats 30ft or less due to the tight canals. Please note, only one boat can enter the channel at a time, and be mindful of wake and manatees in the area.

This is a privately owned single family home located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is a 28-day minimum stay requirement due to our county rental restrictions. Also, we have a local tax that will be added to your reservation. Send us an inquiry for more information. We highly recommend and appreciate greatly that you and your guests take the trash out for pick up throughout your stay.

Excess towels can be easily washed in the convenient laundry room during your stay and please leave all dishes clean upon departure. If you would like to coordinate a convenient mid-stay clean please let us know.
