This is a pet friendly home - Up to 2 dogs permitted with paid pet fee of $250 per pet. Rental Manager must be notified at time of booking,

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
