Denna vackra Hossegor-villa erbjuder 360 graders utsikt över Landesskogen. Njut av att sitta på verandan och titta på det vilda livet i skogen framför huset. Det kan sova upp till 15 personer. Vi kan också rymma par på egen hand, små grupper på 4 eller 6. (fråga om prisminskningen)
Villa ligger 500 meter från byn Siegnosse och Le Penon-stranden, där du hittar några vackra butiker och riktigt bra restauranger. Hossegor centrum ligger bara 3 km bort. Villan består av 4 queen size-sängar i fina storlek sovrum. 3 sovrum har eget badrum, 2 sovrum har 2 enkelsängar (dessa kan också omvandlas till Kingsize-sängar. Två familjebadrum. Det finns ett mezzaningolv med 2 enkelsängar för extra barn om det behövs.

Villan ligger i den lugna skogen Landes. Det har 6 rum över 4 nivåer med utsikt över 9m poolen och en vacker panoramautsikt över La Forêt de Landes. Det är omgivet av 2 TOP-golfbanor och gångavstånd till surfing i världsklass, en skateboardpark och vattenvärld för dina barn.

Seignosse som är världsberömd för sina fantastiska långa gyllene stränder och internationella surftävlingar. Utomhusliv är hjärtat i denna VILLA med ett utomhuskök, plancha och grillplats.
Det viktigaste vardagsrummet smälter sömlöst med utsikten över skogen som ger lugn och ro.

Det finns också ett fullt utrustat surfbrädsrum, yogastudio och minigolf-green. Om du vill hyra surfbrädor, våtdräkter och unna dig lektioner, vänligen kontakta oss innan du anländer.

Amazing House, very close to the beach.

Had a wonderful time during my stay here. Highly recommended! This venue was ideal for our large group, who came to Hossegor for a weekend surf trip. Well positioned, while still close to shops and town centre.

Excellent Location

A beautiful, spacious house. Situation is ideal. Forest on the back doorstep and beach is less than 500m down the road. Close to beach-side attractions and shops. Highly recommended, especially for large families.

The Ultimate Beach House.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with a large group of friends. The villa is extremely spacious and immaculately clean. It's aptly decorated and situated within walking distance from the beautiful Le Penon Beach. Perched in a stunning forest, the Villa's balcony is the perfect spot for sun-downers followed by an evening barbecue. In addition to some of the world's best surf, there's plenty to see and do in Siegnosse village, and Hossegor is only a few minutes away.

Very enjoyable stay in Seignosse villa

This villa enjoys a wonderful position just a short walk from the beach and set in a beautiful pine forest. It has a large plot and is not overlooked.. It is a spacious house and comes equipped with just about everything you would need on holiday. There is plenty to do in the garden with the pool, badminton, golf putting etc. The beach area has plenty of facilities for shopping, eating and drinking and there are some very good golf courses in the area for golfers. We had a party of 6 adults and 4 children and found it ideal for everyone. The local manager and his wife were very helpful. Will go back sometime and play some of those golf courses.

Nous avons été content de passer une semaine dans cette maison qui nécessiterait plus d’entretien et d’investissement. À 6000€ la semaine, cela reste cher compte tenu du niveau d’équipement et de leur vétusté. La maison était propre, les salles de bain aussi. En revanche, nous avons du faire face à une piscine verte qui a fini par donner des algues. Sur les 7 jours, seul un seul a permis de se baigner dans une eau bleue. Je posterai les photos ultérieurement. Quand au traitement de ce problème par le propriétaire, au lieu de prendre ses responsabilités et de faire face. Il s’est intégralement déchargé sur nous et a chercher à mettre en cause ses propres employés et sous traitants plutôt que de trouver un compromis pour tenir compte de l’expérience dégradée que nous avions vécue. Je suppose que les propriétaires ne font plus la différence entre des clients qui abusent et des clients qui ne crient pas partout tout le temps. J’aurais du crier, rapidement et fort, plutôt que d’être patient. Leçon à retenir si vous louez cette maison, Criez FORT et RAPIDEMENT si voulez être entendus… sinon ça aurait pu être bien.

Grande propriété très bien située, foret de pins et plages

La maison est vraiment spacieuse, agréable et confortable, bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située, vue sur la foret, plages, commerces et marchés à pieds. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Il ne manque qu'une cuisine d'été au niveau de la piscine. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires. Un bémol sur la personne en charge de l'accueil peu agréable (peut être dû à notre retard).

A perfect base for a family holiday

We just spent a week at Seignosse Surf Villa with a group of extended family - 17 in total, including 8 children, and had an absolutely amazing week. The villa is huge with plenty of space and all the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen, although compact, is well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable and the villa was clean. The highlight for the kids was the pool which was fabulous and was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The garden was large and the setting looking out over the forest was beautiful. We did yoga and surf lessons during our stay, and found both Yasha and Kevin to be excellent teachers. When we did have an issue with the boiler, we contacted the host and they actioned it very quickly. Our only downside was the gap from the mezzanine down to the lounge which was quite dangerous for young children and we needed to improvise a blockade! The location was good - very close to the beach and Seignosse. We found that a lot of shops / restaurants were closed while we were there which limited our options, but I guess it would be different in peak summer. Overall a fabulous stay - we would definitely return!

Excellent location, easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and in a quiet street.

The property was well located and had a good garden and pool. Given the price range of the villa, I was surprised it had no air conditioning and it does need a lick of paint in many areas. The pool surrounding tiles are somewhat uneven and quite badly cracked by the deep end. One fridge had lost a leg and was propped up on cardboard,the lounge carpet is worn and needed a good vacuum...no vacuum was provided. The lower bedroom shutters did not work. Finally we were surprised that access to the washing machine was banned. All the beds and their linen were very clean on the other hand. We enjoyed the holiday and despite the villa being somewhat tired and in need of a spruce up, the area in SW France is super and the villa's position is ideal. It was therefore a let down to have a number of issues that while hardly life threatening, did take the edge of the experience. This number of small but noticeable flaws in the villa's presentation suggested to me that its market position might be more focussed on large surfing groups rather than families.

Fantastic family holiday!

We had the most fantastic family holiday here. We loved sitting on the patio watching the beautiful trees surrounding the house. The beach is a short walk away and has plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Hossegor, Capreton, St Jean De Luz, San Sebastian, Bayonne are a few of the beautiful towns we visited which are nearby. The home is set on different levels, so everybody has their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped and beds are super comfy. I can highly recommend staying here! ❤️

Pins et plage !

Très bon accueil par Yacha et Kevin . Belle maison très spacieuse et confortable, bien située , avec des prestations correspondant à l’annonce . Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires suite à nos demandes. Un petit bémol cependant, l’arrIvée à 16h et le départ à 10h ( un peu tard et un peu tôt) . De bonnes vacances en famille !

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un Noel en famille dans cette magnifique villa, ou rien ne manque et ou tout est de qualité. Spacieuse, parfaitement conçue et aménagée pour que chacun trouve son espace et son bien-etre et au coeur d'une nature magnifique, la maison est tranquille, tres confortable et rassurante. L' océan est à quelques minutes à pied, tout est accessible. On s'y est tout de suite sentis bien et nous ne pouvons que la recommander! Martine/Alsace, janvier 2018

Lovely spacious house in a quiet location, walking distance from Le Penon beach.

We were a family of 8 - my wife and I, our 4 "children" and the spouses of our two eldest together with their own two little boys (our grandsons) - 10 in all. More than enough space for us all in a well appointed house. The surf was very big when we arrived - great for the two surfers in the group but kept the rest of us out of the sea but we enjoyed swimming in the lake in Hossegor nearby. Although late October, the sun was out and it was warm so we were very disappointed that the pool was not heated. Apparently, it is not usually heated from the end of September but this is NOT stated in the house details and this should be rectified since it prevented us from using the pool (which was colder than the sea/lake!). We were told the heater was, in any event, broken. Apart from the pool problem, the stay was very enjoyable and we would recommend the house for large groups.

An awesome and interesting european surf break!

We had a great time in Seignosse! The property is very large and there was more than enough space for our very large group. The house is well equipped and close to everything you’ll want to see. The outside patio is perfect for sundowners and barbecues. The town is really interesting with loads happening, even if you’re not a surfer. The house is very neat and stunningly decorated in true ‘surf cool’ style. We really felt like we could truly relax and enjoy the beach! I can highly recommend this for anyone who is keen for a beach break away!

Un séjour très agréable!

Parti avec des amis, nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette très belle maison! Une maison très fonctionnelle où même à 14, nous ne nous sommes pas marché dessus! Dommage que le temps n'ai pas été parfait pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la piscine! Une maison très bien entretenue et avec de grands espaces, à 10 min à pied de la plage du Penon et des commerces, parfait pour un bon séjour à Seignosse.

Une semaine en famille

Nous cherchions une grande maison pour une semaine de vacance avec nos enfants et petits enfants, celle-ci était parfaite, comme l'a été le service de Yacha. 2 petites choses à améliorer : - le réfrigérateur n'est pas installé correctement et du coup la porte se ferme mal avec le risque qu'elle ne soit pas fermée - Il serait bien que tous les petits panneaux de recommandation soient aussi écrits en français

A Super Holiday Location

A peacefully positioned, well appointed villa with a pool that is great for kids. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the villa is perfect for hide and seek! Some of our party loved the surf lesson and felt confident to go by themselves later. The proximity of the swimming lakes with a beach was perfect for the less brave of our number. We would recommend a day trip to La Rhune for the views and wildlife. We were lucky to see vultures, eagles and buzzards. There were lots of places to eat and we were never disappointed wherever we ate and we tried quite a few! A villa we would recommend to our friends. It is a pity it is so far away!

Massive house in great location.

Great place/Pas loin du paradis

English version below Cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour les surfeurs mais également pour le repos. A 5-10mn à pied de la magnifique plage du Penin elle dispose d'un grand jardin sans vis à vis autour d'une belle piscine. La villa est très grande et permet à chacun de trouver sa place aisément. S'il faut trouver des points d'amélioration, on mentionnera l'âge un peu avancé de certaines infrastructures (volet, barbecue, ...) mais la rénovation semble enclenchée. Third property is ideal for surf addict but also for those who search a quiet place for resting. You Will be at 5-10mn from the wonderful Penon beach. Villa is very big and everyone could easyly find his own zone. Large garden with no neighbour opposite around a large pool.

Luxurious, yet affordable private home

This was a special spot. Spacious, clean, modern and tastefully decorated, lacking for nothing. The perfect spot to spend good times with friends or family. Within walking distance of both beach and shops. Beautiful garden with great jacuzzi pool. We were warmly welcomed by professional managers who pointed us in the right direction for all we required. This home away from home comes highly recommended.

Lovely Villa near the beach

Seignosse Surf Villa was wonderful. The family went surfing everyday came back to the villa and just chilled. Like everyone should do when on holiday. The villa has everything we needed clean and comfortable beds , BBQ , a clean swimming pool , relaxing areas , mini golf and peaceful environment for all. Kids loved it.

Fantastic Venue! Very close to the beach.

Had an amazing time, this house was the ideal location. Close to the beach as well as the town centre. Beautiful space, very tranquil. Was ideal for our large group of surfers in Hossegor for a weekend trip.

We believe that we have found a gem and would like to offer our home to those who also appreciate good surf, beautiful scenery, fantastic golf-courses, wonderful markets, delicious food and wine. We believe in quality and have had years of experience in knowing how to run 4 star guest houses. Our standards will be the same. For those who would like to experience the French life-style first hand this is the place to be.

Seignosse villa is the perfect place to get away from it all, with its beautiful views of the forest, wonderful bird-life. It is peace and tranquility at its best.
We can accommodate up to 15 people which means you are welcome to come on your own or with a group of family and friends

We are also able to offer yoga, Surfing experiences and golfing holidays.
We are able to hire bikes from the village for you to enjoy cycling on the fantastic paths created by the Hossegor authority. What better than to safely cycle to the different beaches, restaurants and to the Boulangerie to buy that morning baguette.
We also will be offering the services of a great chef who can come and cook you a meal - how fabulous (please enquire ahead as our chefs are often booked up)
