A stylish & spacious, newly renovated 3 bedrooms (1 master ensuite) home, surrounded by lovely terraces. A great choice for friends and families looking for an extra comfy stay in Chania. The flat is located at a quiet and residential area, with shops, restaurants and services just around the corner. It is fully equipped, fully Air-conditioned, heated, with steam & jet shower, fast wi-fi, Washer, Smart TVs, barbeque and Parking.
A newly renovated (130m2) ground floor flat in a classic central area of Chania at just a 25-minute walk from the Venetian Harbor.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. There is one master ensuite bedroom, one double and one twin. All rooms are air-conditioned, bathed in plenty of light and offer 43’ TVs. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower cabin in the master bedroom and one more bathroom with steam shower and water jets. A washing machine with a tumble dryer and all kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and dishwasher to help you prepare any meal of the day. Among all the other electrical appliances, you will also find a microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, and filter coffee machine. In the living room, there is a large seven-seater corner sofa, coffee table, and one more 55’ TV. The main dining table, suitable for 6 persons is in the same area. There is an energy efficient fireplace for our wintertime visitors.
The living room offers access to a lovely 70m2 outdoor back terrace, with great barbeque and dining facilities plus a 12 seater dining table. One more 10m2 outdoor terrace at the front part of the flat.

Downtown Chania is a 17-minute walk with the Venetian harbor is a 25 walk. The nearest Koum Kapi beach is a 22-minute walk. It is an ideal location to stay away from the busy tourist crowds and experience the vibes of an original neighborhood.
*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
