Cozy Stay in Shaw Heights

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space in Westminster, Colorado!

Complete with an outdoor fire pit, cozy, indoor fireside, seating, and all of your essentials for a pleasant stay. Including a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave, small, but cozy, formal dining area, and spacious movie theater space.

We are near the highway to take you anywhere you want to be!
The space
This basement unit has its own private entrance and is used only by you the guest to come and go as you please to have a comfortable place to put your feet up and spread out. The unit is complete with a gas fireplace, movie room, dining table, and two separate queen bed bedrooms.

We live on the property upstairs and are happy to help you with anything you may need! We do have young children so you will hear us occasionally.
We are some of the few natives in the area anymore so we would love to give you insight on places to go or see!
Guest access
You will have a personalized code issued to you that will become active on the day of your arrival and will expire after your stay. This makes it so you have security of your own space as well as an ability to come and go as you please without having to keep track of a key!
Other things to note
We do have children within our home and you may hear us from time to time as we do share the space above. However we try to make sure that we honor your space by making sure we keep to a "quiet time" from approximately 10pm to 6am for both your sake and our own.
