The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

Spring break

This was a great location. We came for our kids spring break. We went shark diving at the downtown aquarium, girls salon day, and then a day at the zoo before heading back home. This place was perfectly located for it all while still being able to enjoy the quiet at the end of the day.

Quick Getaway

We came to Denver for a concert at Red Rocks and this place was the perfect place to stay! Close to downtown and anything you could want to do in Denver.

Fairly clean. The carpets need cleaning. A window was left open so we had several moths rooming with us. Bed were comfortable enough. The property was just ok with lots of overgrowth of sunflowers and such. The location was fine, able to get around easily. On street parking. Not a lot of communication with the host.

Clean and convenient

The location was great. Very close to some amazing restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. My only note would be to add some mirrors in the bedrooms.

Over all was almost excellent but there were things that could have been a bit better. First and foremost the apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was very clean. This being the most important feature. The neighborhood was quit and cozy. It is getting a bit worn but otherwise an overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely revisit if I go to another Red Rock concert.

Awesome apartment for enjoying Denver and Golden, Co

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment is perfect inside - we enjoyed visiting in the dining & living areas. And the location is great - dash off to downtown or the mountains for very diverse and fun trips. The owner, Glen, was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Good space

This was a spacious, comfortable apartment with nicely updated kitchen and bath. It had all the basics. Washer and dryer were great to have. Communication was easy and prompt.

Very nice place - wonderful respite and home base

We were very very pleased with this VRBO. All the amenities that make it a lot easier to get comfortable were available when we walked in. Coffee and a coffee maker, some basic spices, soap, laundry detergent and shampoo - all on hand. This made it so easy to settle in. Also, everything was very clean, TV was GREAT, wifi was good and the beds were super comfortable. This is a well kept place and a bit of a hidden gem because it is not too trendy and I think it doesn't photograph as nicely as it actually looks in person. If you need a relaxing place to stay in Denver - this is a very good one.

Lovely but warm

The place is lovely and checked all of my boxes for a home away from home, except the air conditioning situation. The home does not have central air, rather a wall unit, that does not adequately cool the bedrooms. Fortunately, the sofa bed is quite comfortable. A stay during the fall, winter, or spring would likely be the best time to visit this rental.
