Come and relax in this recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with an amazing deck and a large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun!
Even though it is only located a short 8 min drive from Sonoma Plaza, it is a world away surrounded by peaceful farmland and vineyards.
The house has been designed with vacation renters in mind with a large open-concept living space. The kitchen flows into the living/dining space and to the wooden deck via a pass-through window with an attached bar.
After a day of wine tasting, grill the perfect meal and dine alfresco with your new favorite wine!
The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms have a clean, spa-like feel.
The Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed and an En Suite Bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower.
The other two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds.
The hall bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub combo.
The Chef's Kitchen includes all new appliances, a center island for additional prep space, a 4-seat breakfast bar, and a beverage center complete with wine fridge, Keurig, and an additional sink.
Relax in one of the 6 new lounge chairs surrounding the pool or the sitting area under the shade of the mulberry tree. Pop an umbrella in the pool’s baja shelf to cool off in the shallow end.
