Don’t waste money

Communication with this host was piss poor . Unit was dirty , floors were filthy . Low amenities . Neighbors bumped loud music allllllllll night . And the unit looks nothing like the pictures . Stains on the towels and linens as well . Would not recommend booking . There’s so many other get eat properties in the areA .

Very deceiving

I knew that the price was very low so I was not expecting a five star place to stay, however, I still expect cleanliness. Part of the neighborhood looked very new and clean and then we got to the house which did not look new and clean. There were cats in trash everywhere outside the front. Soon as we open the door, I was hit with dog smell, and no matter how much we sprayed that smell seem to get worse and worse. The Furniture was not stable and also did not look clean. The pictures are very deceiving.

My stay

The host was excellent he was quick to answer my messages and immediately had whatever i needed at the property. The neighborhood was decent it was literally 7 minutes driving from Bourbon street. The style of the home was different for me because im from Illinois. The rooms and bathrooms are all connected. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The couch is not a let out couch just a heads up. I would stay here again especially knowing the host was on top of everything thing i needed immediately. Also, there are security cameras around the property for your safety, a must stay if you want to be close to everything.
