Great location! 2 blocks from National World War II museum & just a short drive to the garden district. Our rooms for spotless, plenty of towels, great breakfast everyday! Friendly staff, always helpful.

The property is modern, neat, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a ten-minute walk to the Convention Center and to the Riverwalk Outlets. I enjoyed the pool area with family and friends. The breakfast was tasty as well.

Air conditioning

The air conditioning was a blast of cool air (literally pretty forceful) then nothing, then a blast of cool air. When sleeping - sheet only when the ac was “off” and blanket on when the blast came across the bed. Got ti be a bit tiring throwing cover off, seeking blanket when it can on.

Pleasantly Please

First time staying at a VBRO that was in a hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The space was great, staff was super nice, and thebhost was very responsive. Location was perfect to either walk to locations or catching the tram. Woudl definitely recommend this location.

Very weird, awkward layouts of rooms. They are cramped with furniture and beds. Was not provided at first with an oven when the whole reason I booked here. I waited 4 hours and was given the run around until 10am when I finally got a room. I am handicapped and the hotel was aware through messaging and also calling the day before my booking. I went through 4 rooms and in one of them was not advised of steps and fell down the steps into the living room. I was hurt very badly. No offer of ice or medical attention and the manager did not even know what urgent care Sonesta uses for me to go get treatment, which should have been paid by them. They do not take my insurance in LA and now I have to go back home to get treatment. Very unorganized and not caring about my injuries. I would not stay here again and will be contacting Corporate about this.

Everything was fine during our stay. Had one little issue that was fixed right away. Valet parking was excellent. This place was within reasonable walking distance to Canal Street. Breakfast, outdoor space with multiple seating area. I would stay again when visiting N.O again.

Nice peaceful courtyard. Great breakfast. Walkable to cruise port. One of cheaper options in district. Nice sized rooms. Location didn’t require a car.

Excellent hotel but….

Our stay was fantastic but I have to ask, why did they install really short toilets? I am getting over full knee replacement and to sit on this toilet damn near killed me. Getting up was just as much fun sitting down. Like I said I just had to ask.

It is a good stay, close to WWII museom but nor close from the city centre.Poor breakfastLate check out very expensive 75dollar for 2 hours.

Pass this by

The air conditioning sounded like a freight train every time it kicked on (it wouldn’t stay on, but rather would come on for five minutes off for two, and no way to change that other than completely shutting it). The bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash had visible mold. I attempted to contact host but no response! Front desk said there was “nothing they could do”. We ultimately were forced to leave a day early because they did property wide carpet clean with some chemicals which caused a severe allergic reaction. This “host” gets zero stats!!
