Built in 2021, interior freshly painted in 2023.
PERFECT LOCATION, adjacent to entrance to all amenities. (the closest building in the resort- a few steps away!)
A short drive to parks, approximately 11 miles, just far enough to be out of the chaos!
Publix grocery store is located in the plaza behind condo, walking distance.
Everything is right there!

THE SPACE:

Open plan living and dining area, which leads to a patio overlooking the pond with furniture to sit and relax. Flat screen TV and ceiling fan located in living area. Sofa converts into a queen size sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with cups/plates as well as cooking utensils/pots and pans.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES including washer and dryer are located in the condo.

Bedroom 1- Master, located in the back of the condo, has an attached en suite bathroom, a king size bed, patio access with a pond view. Flat screen TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2- Located in the front of the condo, has a full over queen bunk bed, a chair that can convert into a single bed. Ceiling fan and flat screen TV, large closet for this bedroom.

Main bathroom- Off entrance hallway, next to the second bedroom.

*BOTH bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and there are extra fans in the second bedroom closet.

Our Stay

The apartment was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. The resort was very nice as well. The only issues we had were the people directly upstairs they stomped from one end to the other from morning until sometimes 4am waking us up numerous times and we had to get up early to head to the convention center for volleyball so that made it miserable. One last thing was at the volleyball court my 13 and 16 year old were playing and noticed a man in his maybe early 30s taking pictires of them and then called his friend over. My oldest daughter 27 was walking iver and noticed them taking pictures of them and soeaking in another language. One saw her go to the girl's and said hey you want to play doubles and she said no we are leaving. As they were getting their shoes on the both left. By the time i was informed of this the office was closed and was no busy the next couple days i forgot to let management know this happend. They said they had dark hair and from another country not mexican or spanish becauee my one daughter speaks spanish. Other than that we had a wonderful tike and if we come back to Orlando for volleyball again we will definitely be looking to stay there.

Nice place, nice area

Its outside of all the busy traffic, quiet area but have a publix and ice cream close. Place was nice, spacious. My only complaint is not being able to turn the ac below 72, they have it locked. If i pay for a place i should be able to have full control over the ac

After visiting Florida multiple times a year with our two children, we purchased a condo in this amazing resort!
Between us, and our 12 and 10 year old, we love to have a good mix of entertainment just steps away, but also being able to chill and relax!
Happy that we can share this with others to make memories as well.

This checked all the boxes for us!
Amazing tropical pool area with a lazy river and water slide. Indoor and outdoor playground, restaurant/bar on site, volleyball, day spa, fitness center, etc!
Plus the plaza right next-door has a multiple selection of restaurants and a Publix for grocery needs. LOCATION is perfect!

The proximity to all the amenities could not be better- it is THE CLOSEST building in the resort! Ground floor unit is so convenient for unloading, carrying groceries, wheeling in a stroller, you name it!
