Located on the serene and beautiful Lake Bryan is our escape from reality. Disney World is right around the corner too. We can accommodate many, and still make it feel roomy and at home. This home away from home includes all of these amenities; tiki bar, 3 heated swimming pools, spa and kiddie pool, waterfront allows jet skis, motor boats, fishing and water skiing, fitness center, game room, a mini golf course right outside, and a 24/7 concierge service. We absolutely loved our stay. The property offered beautiful views, amenities, and was conveniently located near all our planned destinations.The property owners were very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Orlando getaway

The condo was better than expected. It was very clean. The pool was wonderful. We were in close proximity to all the Orlando attractions. We would definitely stay again.

As advertised great unit

Unit was as advertised. Stayed at Blue Heron 11 years ago and it was as we remembered it. Location is great, pool is big, heated and perfect for the family. Having two king beds was very nice to have.

Perfect accommodation for our short stay

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. Not luxurious but certainly functional, comfortable and the right size. It was all we needed.

Clean and roomy

This place worked great for our mixed group. I appreciate having a spacious front master bedroom/bathroom that over looked the water. Felt like a separate hotel room up front. Well laid out!Bed was a bit firm for my liking - but never the less we all slept very well!

Great Stay!

Property was clean and in good condition. One question to owner was answered promptly. Great views, could even see Disney fireworks in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for exploring the parks

As described, great location and place to stay while visiting all the parks in the area. Pros: location, place comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids, beautiful views, nice pool, appointed nicely, full kitchen, parking was easy, check in/out was a breeze and communication from the host was very timely. Fireworks visible from the front hallway was a huge plus. Couldn’t get easier driving to the parks, great jump off location.Cons: similar to other reviews that the hallway lights were quite bright and the curtain did not block out the light in the second and third bedrooms, came prepared with sleep masks which worked out ok. Cleanliness was the only other negative, could have been better. Overall great place to stay, 5 stars!

The property was great except the sliding glass door would not lock and the drain in the shower got stuck. The property owner had someone fix the shower drain quickly though.

Almost perfect

Everything was great except for the rear Sliding glass doors that do not lock and the front windows in the 2 front bedrooms that have no coverings on them and let the light in at night from outside. Keeping your kids awake. Who in turn drive you nuts because of the situation.

2023 Trip To Orlando

Great location and nice facility. Could use an upgrade on the furniture. Host can send check in information sooner, since the main desk will be holding the key until 4 PM the day of check in. Since every VRBO is different we did not know how we were getting check in information until the day before. But that worked out ok. Biggest issues is a ROOM DARKING BLIND on bedroom by elevator. We had to put towels up to keep the light out of the bedroom form the elevator area. Don't take my comments the wrong way I would stay in your place again, I just want other people to enjoy it also. Overall excellent value and great location

Perfect location

Perfect spot for a trip to Orlando/Disney. Convenient to get to from MCO or SFB and only 10-15 minutes from Epcot/Animal Kingdom. Great views of the lake from the 16th floor, we could see the Epcot fireworks from the lobby/elevators area. We asked for early check in (2pm) but the staff wouldn’t check us in, so we opted for a late lunch after flying in until the room was ready. Suggest doublechecking day before if you need early check in. Overall we had a great time!
