Welcome to our mountain getaway, where relaxation meets adventure.

This spacious condo is a 5 min. walk to downtown Breckenridge, located just off S. Main Street and short walk to the Quick Silver ski lift.

With 15 restaurants under a half mile away and ranging in a wide verity of cuisines, you won't need to be in your car once you're settled.

Our 1BR/1BA unit offers everything you need and is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has a Queen bunk bed with a XL twin as the top bunk.

The living room is very spacious, has a gas fireplace, a 65" TV with Xfinity cable and streaming services available. There is a Queen sleeper sofa and a Queen Murphy bed to accommodate larger parties.

The balcony offers a grill and a view of Baldy Mtn.

The "Breck Free Ride" bus stop is located at the bottom of the driveway. The bus schedule is easily found online with google search.

This 1BR/1BA unit comfortably sleeps 7 people, with 4 beds and 1 bathroom. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries). This building has an elevator, making it easy to bring luggage and groceries up to the second floor.

*Lock-off Apartment*
Please note that this unit is next to a lock-off apartment with a full-time tenant. The connected door is dead bolt locked on both sides of the door. The shared wall is sound proofed.

We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).

PARKING:
Garage has 1 parking space allotted for this home. Parking is first come first serve in the front lot and in the garage. A parking pass is in the front of the "Welcome Book". Return it at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

CLUBHOUSE:
Clubhouse. Located in between buildings A & B. Clubhouse hours are from 9am-8:45pm daily. You will find hot tub towels in the bedroom closet.

SKI LOCKER:
Located inside the garage of building B and numbered 202B.

FIREPLACE:
Fireplace on/off is a push button timer located to the left of the living room TV. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off is to the left of the fireplace. The key is on the right side of the washer and dryer.

MURPHY BED AND SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Both linen sets can be found on the entryway closet shelf. Pillows are in entryway and bedroom closets. (Murphy bed directions are on the last page of this book)

CABLE TV & STREAMING:
Living room and bedroom both have Xfinity Cable TV. Each TV is also equipped with an Amazon Firestick. You will need to login to your Amazon account to access your streaming networks. Please logout of your Amazon account/ streaming networks when checking out.

WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the closet with the bifolding doors near the entryway. You are provided with a small box of detergent (found under kitchen sink or above the dryer). For more detergent you will need to buy your own.

THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in the bedroom, one for the kitchen and one for the living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.

COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There are 2 portable fans in the bedroom closet.

TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (Next to the clubhouse) during your stay.

LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found above the microwave. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.

ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located behind the mirror in the entryway should a breaker trip.

EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink. There are 2 stairwells at each end of the hall that lead to 3 exits on the 1st floor. The lobby has a stairwell to the garage. *Don’t use the elevator in an emergency*.
