Gated mountain community. All off road vehicles must be approved by owner and a separate contract will be sent explaining the rules.
If you have a street legal ATV you can ride it to the Uintas with hundred of miles of trails.
We have one public lake in the area that you can swim, kayak, or just put your toes in the water.
The lake is a 5 minute drive away.
