This BRAND NEW Heber Haven townhome on Jordanelle Ridge has stunning views that can't be beat! Perfect for a get-away any time of year-- whether you want to stay in and enjoy the year round scenery or come for adventure, we have everything you need. Our Heber Haven is perfectly located, just minutes away from Deer Valley ski gondola and the newest Mayflower ski resort, as well as Jordanelle Reservoirs. It's only 10-minute drive to charming Midway Swiss village, 15 minutes to Deer Creek Reservoir, and 20 minutes to Park City's historic Main Street. There's a walking/biking path connected to the neighborhood with views along the ridge leading up to an overlook of Jordanelle Dam.
The luxurious Heber Haven is perfect for families, couples, or groups and sleeps up to 12. The home features four bedrooms, including a massive master bedroom with king adjustable bed, a 65" TV, and an add-on office loft with daybed. The master on-suite has two-sinks, oversized tub, separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. The main living area is open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and gas stove. The living room has a comfortable sectional, large TV, and built-in wall electric fireplace. The home boasts three living areas with a TV in each, as well as a TV in all bedrooms except the bunk room (6 total).
Two outdoor spaces include a spacious deck with comfortable Adirondak chairs, a propane BBQ, and breath-taking views of Timpanogos mountain, Deer Creek Reservoir, winding streams, and the surrounding green or snow-covered rolling hills. The downstairs patio features seating, views, and a propane fire pit perfect for enjoying evenings year-round.
As there are neighbors on either side, please respect their privacy and quiet hours. No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the Heber Valley. It's central to so many vistas and adventures. The views from our windows and back deck of Midway, Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir, nearby canyons, meandering streams, and rolling green or snow-covered hills are first and foremost what sold us on this property. It's a view that does not disappoint.
Additionally, the proximity to lakes and mountains as well as year-round activities like skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and star-gazing all in one place just can't be beat. It's also close to Midway's iconic Swiss Village, as well as Park City's historic Main Street for those seeking time shopping and dining, or wishing to attend annual events such as Sundance Film Festival or Midway's Swiss Days.
For those just looking for rest and relaxation, there's nothing better than sitting in the adirondak chairs on the back deck with a glass of lemonade in the summer or a steaming mug of your favorite drink in the winter and take in the serenity and majesty of the mountainscape around you.

Gorgeous green rolling hills and snow-capped mountains in the spring and summer months, bright autumn colors that adorn the trees in the fall, and serene snowy landscapes in the winter.
