We are so happy to host you, your friends, and family. We love living in these mountains and we hope you enjoy your visit. We invite you to enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer.

A few things we kindly ask during your stay:

PETS
-Please keep your pets off the furniture. <>
-Please pick up your pet’s waste. We can provide bags if necessary.
-Please make arrangements to take your pet(s) with you, if you leave the home for an extended time. Pets can often become destructive when left alone in unfamiliar surroundings. We are happy to also provide a few recommended doggy daycares!

-Please remove your shoes at the door.
-Please do not leave food or trash outside, or in your car. Depending on the season, there could be bears in the area and they, believe it or not, will try to open car doors.
-No smoking or vaping of any sort inside the property.
-No parties of any kind. We may honor a request, if discussed prior to your arrival.
-Please enjoy the books during your visit, but do not take them with you.
-When using the pool table, please do so with care. Avoid trick shots or anything that can damage the felt.
-By using the fitness room, you accept any liability for your personal safety.
-The pool does not have a lifeguard, so please enjoy it responsibly.


Checkout Procedures:
-Please strip the beds.
-Wash all glassware, flatware, & silverware.
-Empty the refrigerator.
-Put dirty towels & linens into the bathtubs.
-Turn heat down to 60 degrees or A/C to 75 degrees.
-Place all trash into the trash can outside and recycling into blue can.
