Quiet setting and only 1/2 mile to downtown Weaverville. 10 minutes to Asheville, breweries, Biltmore Estate and many restaurants. 6 miles to the Parkway. Biltmore vacation

Spring Getaway in Weaverville

Nice Stay

We booked this VRBO due to proximity to Weaverville and some family closer to Wolf Laurel. The house met all our needs. When we arrived we thought it may be too small, however the layout and rooms provide plenty of space for my family and in laws to feel comfortable while we were on the house. It is immaculately maintained and the hosts were very helpful and responsive for the few questions we. It was a very positive experience.

Beautiful Dogwood Cottage

Just stayed at Rex and Jackie's Dogwood cottage for a family destination wedding. The cottage is simply adorable and extremely clean! It's stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. There is everything one could want in the kitchen and supplied nicely with a variety of Kcups for the Keurig. The home decor is beautiful and everything is newer and in working order. We used the outdoor firepit and Rex even had small kindling in a ziplock bag to start it! No boyscout skills needed. Our stay was the last weekend in October and the fall colors are amazing. We would definitely recommend this place to stay at if you are looking in the Weaverville / Asheville area. Weekend birthday getaway

We loved staying at Dogwood Cottage! The house was just adorable and everything was super clean. My 1 year old grandson was with us and we had no concerns with allowing him to crawl around. The owners were very accommodating. They provided a “pack and play” for the baby to sleep in, Upon request. There was a problem with the AC, one morning, and the owners came immediately to fix it! It is furnished with abundant towels, wash clothes and other bathroom supplies as well as kitchen necessities (salt, pepper, oil, paper towels etc. It is close to Ashville and easy to get around. Downtown Weaverville was fun to explore as well. Loved eating at the Twisted Laurel as well as the pizza shop with music every night. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Dogwood Cottage and loved every minute of it!!! We will definitely come back for another visit, the next time we head to the mountains!

This is our second time staying at the cottage within three months and it feels like home! The hosts are very responsive and kind. This place is a gem and don’t hesitate to book. It’s very clean and close to stores, outdoors, etc.

A perfect retreat!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet, as well as the privacy. Close proximity to Asheville and only a five minute drive to downtown Weaverville for supplies. Lastly the cottage was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the excellent communication as well.

Perfect Space

Spring Break

We stayed here in April of 2025 for a short get away during spring break. The house was wonderful and had all you could ask for. It was a perfect distance from Asheville while having a peaceful stay. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book again when I come back to the area.

Home for christmas

This home was in a wonderful location for us to stay. We celebrated Christmas with my family at my brothers house just a few miles away. Was very clean and decor is beautiful. Had everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend this home.

4th annual pig roast🐖

Dogwood cottage was the perfect place to stay for our annual friend’s pig roast. Everything went smoothly from the day I booked it to our arrival. Will definitely be using Vrbo for future trips.

It was a good getaway from home.

It was a good place to go to get away from home, the host was nice and helped with any problem if you had any and you may have the chance to see deer and nature go through the yard.
