The Space:
Welcome to Cherry Grove! The unit is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The property is completely updated and has enough room for up to 12 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.

Parking: Room for 2 vehicles underneath the building. Clearance ** The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: From the parking area, enter through the front door - self check-in with a keypad access code. Private unit elevator available.

Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine and basic filter coffee machine.

Family room: Large family room areas. Access to a balcony.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed and chair. Bathroom attached. On main level with kitchen.

Bathroom 1: Stand up shower and full tub.

Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed with attached bathroom.

Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3: King bed. Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 3: Attached to bedroom 3.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed. Attached bathroom.

Bathroom 4: Attached to bedroom 4.

Bedroom 5: Bunk beds - full. Bathroom attached.

Balcony: Beautiful view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Beach: Direct beach access across the street from the complex! We provide some beach chairs in the condo for you to use.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.

A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than locked owners closets). Parking for 2 vehicles.

Getting Around:
Guests will be able to park 2 vehicles and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 12.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
