Park undernear the building, then 1 set of stairs to first floor entrance. Once you enter there are 2 BR, 1 BA and living area downstairs & 4 BR, 3BA upstairs.

Both levels feature outdoor decks to enjoy spectacular sunset or enjoy your morning coffee.

Very large condo to accommodate your family or a large golf group.

2 pools, one in this complex and one across street oceanfront in sister property.

Cherry Grove Pier is right across Ocean Blvd to fish or people watch.

Numerous restaurants & shops within walking distance. connected with WiFi, this place has everything you need. We hope you'll enjoy your vacation. Motorcycles & Trailers only allowed in off premises overflow parking lot.

Spacious for larger groups

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for the amount of people staying there. We found it nice and clean when we arrived with adequate linens for our stay. If you use the kitchen, take into consideration there may not be a lot of cooking utensils but most people don’t cook their own meals so it would not be an issue for them. We loved the proximity to the beach and found Joe to be very prompt with AC issues when we first arrived. He had a repairman there within about 15 minutes.

The GOOD, the BAD & the UGLY!!!Basic Info: Family of 8. 4 Woman, 3 Men,(Age 24 - 81) A 5 month old Baby. 4 nightsGood: YES this is a 6 BRM 4 Full Bath Condo 125 yds from the Beach. Rooms are Spacious enough for a vacation stay & the Bathrooms are adequate. There was NO shortage of HOT Water. The Living Rm/Dinning Rm/Kitchen area is sufficient for purpose. Parking Underneath the Building has adequate spaces, BUT be warned, tight spaces, narrow isles & MANY COLUMNS to navigate, make Full Size Truck & SUV problematic. An Elevator from the Parking area to Residential Floors is a plus.Bad: THIS PLACE IS IN SEVERE NEED OF UPDATING & BETTER UPKEEP! Only Recent upgrade appears to be Laminate Flooring installed by a Novice. Many areas where the Laminate planks are separating or not locked in during installation. The Quarter-Round Molding is loose in many places, not caulked in after installation & never painted. There are MANY Scratches & Scuffs on walls throughout. All the furniture except for the Dinning Table is cheap & outdated. Mattresses are old and worn. The Kitchen Appliances need Updating. ALL Utensils & Cookware need to be Trashed & Replaced. Preferably from somewhere other than Dollar Tree. The sliding doors from BDR's to balcony need cleaning & adjusting, hard to move.Ugly: We found DOG POOP in the corner behind a shelf unit. May Be Fake not sure didn't check! A/C FAILED on last day. Host not very Concerned.Out of Characters.See pics 7 & 8 for more information.

We know that accidents happen, things get broken, we're just a phone call away. If the toaster isn't working just give us a call and we'll bring you another one, can't get into property, no worries we have back up keys to assist you to get in seamlessly. You will never speak to a customer service rep when you stay at one of J & L Beach Venture properties. Customer service is a big concern for us in addition to cleanliness.
