About this space
Enjoy this beautiful refurbished house - close to the beach and 18holes golf course - in a very quiet location up in the hills in Oliva. The smell of the ceder trees, the amazing view always leaves us in awe.
The house has 2 floors. Both with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The heated pool and rooftop terrace are perfect locations to read your favorite book, or do yoga.
We do love our place and hope you love it just as much.
Beach 10 min, golf Oliva 15 min
The space
It is a 2 store family house. Each store has its bathroom, living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms for at least 2 persons. One of the rooms downstairs is decorated as a room for children with the possibility for 4 children to sleep! Both stores have their terrace. The terrace downstairs gives to the swimming pool by a stairs.

All of the house is available except 1 storage room
Other things to note
There is a bbq available. You can use it and ask to leave it clean when done. Extra charges for cleaning will be charged if not cleaned well
