TOWELS:
▶Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.

▶The property is fenced for your safety and privacy.

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety.
▶ Dishwasher pods are provided.
▶ Washer and dryer Laundry Detergent Pods Provided.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted UNLESS by prior request AND approval.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the property.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted. Note, that there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. This is subject to change and is based on the number of pets and length of stay. The payment request will be sent during arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
