Just perfect for our weekend lake get away

Great experience would recommend it to others.

It was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed having a pier for the boat, caught 18 nice bass, some Bream, catfish and two stripers. Would definitely stay at the camp again.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for my fam to have a quick vacation. Our favorite part was the dock with the porch swing. Easily accessible to landings nearby to put your boat in and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Ms. Vickie made check in and out a breeze. Would love to go back!

Nice get away

The property has everything you need for a simple camp get away. The owner is attentive and accomodating. Quiet and private, and so close to home. I would book again.

False River Stay

We rented this unit do to its location being on the south side of the lake. It is just as described in the listing. Shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. The deck was newly renovated which made it nice for fishing. The neighbor was very welcoming and gave us great tips for our stay.

Nice place to relax, enjoy the view and catch some fish to boot!

Very much enjoyed the stay. Nice and clean cabin. Very relaxing sitting in the swing on the pier enjoying the view. Caught a nice mess of fish from the pier. Owner was very nice and helpful. Would like to stay again. DMR, Baton Rouge, LA.

Wonderful !!

The house was so cute ! The bed was so comfortable ! We caught catfish from the pier !!! Ms Vicky told me everything I needed to know !! I would definitely stay there again !!

Amazing Retreat on the River

The cabin was absolutely perfect. My husband and I spent 3 days fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the area. If you don't have a boat you can fish from the pier which has a fish cleaning station on it. The swings on the pier and porch were both well used. the cabin was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay ! the location on the river is a good one. we will stay there again .

the place is great , we had a difficult time backing the boat down the drive way . i dont think you can do anything about that. very peaceful and the beds were very comfortable. i would recommend this place to anyone . thanks again for having us.

Great getaway weekend!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Perfect getaway weekend. The camp is very relaxing, roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. I can’t say enough about the beautiful view from the shaded pier, where we spend most of our time. Love the swing. We caught several catfish and perch from the pier. Vickie made our vacation stress free, she was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this camp!!!

Great stay at False River!

The lake house was perfect! Beautiful views of the lake! Very clean and comfortable. Vicki is a wonderful and very responsive hostess. The area had a hard freeze a few days prior to my arrival. Vicki was concerned about the pipes and called to let me know if I needed to cancel she would understand. They did get the pipes fixed prior to my arrival and it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Week

We were in Jarreau during Spring Break and found it to be a wonderful place to get away. We drove from Texas and met our daughter who drove from Memphis. Vickie's lake house was perfect for the six of us. All the basics were provided, we came with our clothes, food, and some extra paper products. (And for the record, if you forget something, there's a Walmart on the other side of the lake.) Thank you, Vickie, for sharing your lake house with us.

Great Escape!

I went with 5 family members, total, and we all had a terrific time. The cabin has everything you need, even condiments left from (what I'm guessing were) previous guests. We may have used a few of them, but left our share as well. The dock was a great place where we could hang out, fish (caught some catfish) and just be at peace. The cabin had everything you would need, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the TV's and music. All-in-all, we will be back. Thank you Vicky for providing us a great place to get away from it all!

Perfect, perfect, perfect

This had everything we wanted. Water, privacy, easy access to wonderful food, as well as easy access to many area attractions. I could not have picked a better location. We WILL be returning. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!
