Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This spacious cottage has 2 King size beds in the bedroom along with a large TV. The Living room has a 55 inch TV, sofa, comfortable chairs and is open into the kitchen/ dining area. The full size kitchen has everything you would need to cook a full meal. There is a Full bathroom with a shower and there is also a half bath. Linens and towels are provided. The bedroom also has a nice seating area and a desk. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Rockport Texas trip

Very nice clean, quiet place to stay. Lots of room great Kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Close to the water and to the downtown. Rockport didn't disappoint, such friendly people.

The Property made our stay!

The property is beautifully unique and added greatly to our vacation experience! The owner/manager was very helpful when we arrived early with our senior dog. We would love to revisit this gem.

Great location!!

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday. We love the space provided and the location was exceptional! Less than 10 minutes walk to shops or the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Coolest stay ever

This is the most unique place I have ever stayed at. There was so much room to move around. We travel with our pups and plenty of space for a XL kennel. The kitchen had the essentials but if you’re looking for more than that I suggest asking if they have it or just bring your own. Loved that it had a full bath and half bath. Nice shaded parking lot. Felt safe and secure. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone.

Thanksgiving

Beautiful location - very large rooms. Walls are paper thin - every conversation from cottage 8 and 6 can clearly be heard in 7. Cleaning crew door is attached to 7 and the door shakes alot while they are possible resupplying sheets towels etc could hear all about their morning while trying to keep my dog quiet - finally just left everytime they were there. Trash was not taken out not was coffee supplied for three mornings. Did not rcve checkout instructions so we did it based on our past experiences.. All this said it is a Beautiful location and a beautiful property - would recommend with no pets or children.
