Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

This was a perfect place to stay for our 3-day getaway!! the price was excellent, and the cottage was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great!!! Close to everything in town. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again 5 stars!! This will be our new destination spot for our next visit for sure!! Will try one of the other cottages, there are several to pick from.

Home away from home!

Such a cute, cute place! I’ve stayed here several times now in Cottages 2 and 7. Love it! So close to the beach and town! Cottages are always clean! Nina is easy to contact and readily available.

Great little bungalow

This little bungalow was perfect for my long weekend in Rockport for a wedding. The backyard was great for our dog and the house was so comfortable. Love the backyard sitting and the view to the bay. Very clean and quaint.

Property was super convenient to the Rockport Market days. Place was clean and ac worked great. If you are wanting total quiet my not be for you because if location quite a bit of car noise from the street.

The cottage was clean and provided coffee maker and coffee pods. Compared to others it was a little sparse in the little kitchen area. I had my fur baby with us. The grass had not been mowed and was past my ankle. In the morning with the dew, it was so wet. I didn’t want to use the cottage towels to dry my small dog so I used my t-shirt to dry him off. The queen bed was comfortable, but the spring mattress was noisy every time my husband turned. The dining area was very uncomfortable. A low cocktail table and metal chairs.You have to bend at the waist to eat. And last but not least, the one chair provided to watch TV. A barrel faux leather chair. Very uncomfortable. You seat in it and you slide. In order to have a nice comfortable stay these things must change. We will not stay in this room again. On the positive side the location is close to everything. You decide.

Good stay!

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is off of a busy street and there is a construction site across the street. This is not their fault but it was pretty noisy. This is the perfect spot if you have a family thing or a few friends because there are several cabins.

Rockport Cottages

Had a great stay, the cottage was the perfect size for 1 person. Also loved that I was able to have my dogs with me on my trip back home. The place was spotless, very neat and clean. The only 2 things that I would say could improve at this property is maybe having a small fenced in community yard for the dogs and also cutting the grass shorter to shew away the mosquitoes! Other than that, I highly recommend.

Perfect location for festivals, market days, beach, & to town.

Nice property & very easy to communicate with. I had a death in the family, & they were so nice about moving my days out, since it was too late for a refund. Cons- lots of construction going on all around the property, so it’s noisy. I live in a rural city, so not used to the noise.

Cute cottage

I really enjoyed my stay in Rockport. Never been. The cottage was perfect. Close to the beach. The property was really nice as well. I'm not used to having such nice lush grass. Being next to a main road, you would think you would hear traffic but it was quiet inside. Just FYI, if you are not used to a Roku tv, you will want to download the Roku remote app. The actual remote doesn't haven't volume buttons apparently. Nor does the TV from what I could tell. Everything was great and I would highly recommend.

Great/chaotic 😂

Well we first were in a unit 3 and were shockingly awakened at 7 am to pounding in the next room. Thought someone was coming thru the wall. Called Ms Nina and she assisted us very quickly and moved us to unit 5 which was away from the noise. I do want to inform you all that we did have a small problem with fleas in that unit. I know it’s pet friendly but would recommend treating for fleas in that unit. We had to wear some tea tree oil to keep them off away after my wife had been bitten quite a bit. All and all we had a great stay and wonderful time in Rockport. It’s our go to place to get away at least twice a year. Big shout out to Ms. Nina who was very awesome, kind and super helpful. Great spot for vacation

Perfect getaway spot for two! Walking distance (easy) to the beach, plenty of good little spots local for food, would absolutely go back! Clean room, AC worked great, yard was perfect for the dogs. Excellent!
