Bring the whole family (or even two families!) to this amazing house with lots of room for fun. Located on a greenbelt piece of land in Logy Bay this home is on the doorstep of the renowned East Coast Trail and is a 5 minute commute to popular shopping - Stavanger Drive! Enjoy the outdoors with being conveniently close to the city. This house has features that everyone will enjoy including an all-in-one games table, home theatre room with 83" TV, outdoor space with firepit and downstairs bar!

As the property managers of the house we are available 24/7 for any questions or issues. You may reach us through Airbnb, text or calling. If something is urgent the best way to reach us is calling.

This home is located in Logy Bay, but the commute is less than 5 minutes to St. John's! Located right next the renowned East Coast Walking Trail. The perfect location to be conveniently located close to the city with a country living feel.

This house will be completely furnished with new furniture in the coming weeks and therefore the furniture in the pictures may not be the same as what will be there during your stay. A dining table to fit 8 plus breakfast nook and bar seating in the kitchen will give plenty of eating space for everyone!

The house has multiple living areas so everyone can have their own space to enjoy. There are three indoor places throughout the house for cozy nights in. Labrador granite countertops and impressive finishes throughout.

- The house is next to the most popular ocean beaches in Middle Cove and Outer Cove.
- This section of the East Coast Trail has spectacular ocean views!
