Vackra verkställande hem med fantastisk utsikt ut alla fönster. Tolv kilometer från flygplatsen och bara 10 minuter från St. Johns.

Denna lyxiga egendom sitter på kanten av havet, kastade på en kulle i en stor privat äng. Omgiven av 7 hektar och panoramautsikt över havet. Beläget i hjärtat av den "Killick Coast" biltur du kan titta på valar och isberg förbi avbryts endast av en jämn ström av flyttande sjöfåglar. Gångavstånd till Mellanöstern Cove stranden, där den "Caplin 'roll först varje år med valarna i släptåg. Också en gemensam destination för nattliga strandlägereldar. Vandringsleder i "East Coast Trail" och pittoreska cykelvägar är vid din dörr. Samt, natursköna körrutter och allt som St Johns har att erbjuda är bara en kort bit bort.

10/10 property, excellent for family vacation. Beautiful view, amenities, location. This property is extremely well equipped and generously stocked with essentials to make a stay great. Well managed property and super responsive and accommodating host. Would recommend to others and would stay at this property again. Super bonus to have a one of a kind wet sauna on premises. Wow!

What a fantastic home! We had an incredible 9-night stay with a group of six adults. The house is perched right on the cliffs with breathtaking ocean views—watching the fog roll in and out during a classic Newfoundland storm was a real highlight. The property description and photos are accurate, and our host was responsive both before and during our visit.The bedrooms were very comfortable. While we didn't end up using it, there is a great lower-level rec room with sofas, a TV, and bunk beds that would be perfect for families with kids. The games room is also fully stocked with a pool table, foosball, exercise equipment, and outdoor toys.The kitchen was spotless, fully functional, and well-equipped. We made good use of the BBQ and the washer/dryer, though high winds kept us from using the fire pit (our choice). The absolute standout feature, however, was the sauna. It’s huge—easily fitting up to 12 people—gets nice and hot, and allows for steam and essential oils, which makes it feel like a true spa experience.Location-wise, it’s ideal: quiet and private, yet only a short drive to the airport, downtown attractions, and major shopping centers. We walked down to nearby Middle Cove Beach (be ready for a steep climb on the way back!) and Upper Cove Beach, and enjoyed picking wild blueberries along the small hiking trail right across the street at Ponir Cove.Note: We didn't opt to rent the garage loft, which remained vacant during our stay.I highly recommend this property.

Amazing location

This house has an amazing location— my teenagers loved the pool table and dad and I spent hours on the front deck watching for whales—- we saw several most days….the capelin started rolling in middle beach which was quite the site—- the hike to Torbay point was spectacular— would return in a heartbeat next time we are up this way

The house couldn't have been more delightful. Gorgeous setting, easy to find. Clean throughout. The house is incredibly well-equipped with kitchen supplies, bed and bath linens, and fun activities. Enjoyed the foosball table! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed for two weeks at this amazing property. The home is very well appointed, well stocked and was very clean.The location is great. Easily accessible to St John's and its sites but having a view that can't be beat.We saw whales from the first day there.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering Newfoundland.

Beautiful View!

A wonderful location near Middle Cove Beach with easy access to St. Johns. We loved the beautiful view over the bay and boil-ups at the beach. A lovely property with lots of space - green space outside and games room inside made for a fun family stay!

The house was very comfortable with a spectacular view of Middle Cove Beach. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered our questions promptly. Staying at this property made our trip extra special, and we will definitely be back!

This property is outstanding and in a fantastic area with a 15 minute car ride to St Johns. Nice and close to many fantastic hiking trails, Terry Fox Outer Bay memorial, groceries, restaurants and the beautiful sea. You truly want for nothing with this property, everything you need and more. I wish I could rate it a 10…truly incredible, we will be back and we will refer others. Thank you

We were six seniors with some mobility issues, celebrating a milestone birthday in maybe the most beautiful province in Canada. We were constantly amazed and awestruck by this fabulous property and its environment. Couldn’t stop looking at the views down to the bay and across the cliffs. We were out every day, but back every night to enjoy the house. Thank you!
